[The sound of rain against the window hadn't exactly filled Elphaba with joy. She was happy to be out of the Manor and in a new place, but she wanted to get out and explore, and at present, that wasn't possible. She hadn't been outside for what felt like weeks because of the damned weather, and she was starting to get cabin fever.

Pulling out her blackberry, she fell back onto the bed as she started to text;]

Text:: Private to Willy

Hey, any idea where we are this week?

Text:: Private to Piccolo

By the looks of it, it's another week indoors for me; go breathe some fresh air and tell me what it's like

Damned Author..just ONE DAY! ONE DAY OF SUN!


[She said to herself outloud. She had never been much of an outdoors person, but this was ridiculous]

[Piccolo chuckles and strokes her cheek with hand hand before giving her a little kiss.]

[And he backed away and began to get dressed, his back to Elphie... just in case she wanted to take another peek without him noticing]

[Piccolo put on his gi and sloppily tied the wrap, letting the ends dangle as opposed to tucking them in like he usually did. When Elphie speaks Piccolo's heart skipped a beat, his cheeks flushed purple and a big smile spread across his face. He turns back to Elphie, he's probably the happiest he's ever been in his entire life.]

Th-that's the first time you've told me that...

[He never expected to hear her return his affections. He knew she like him a lot, but to know that she felt the same for him as he did for her... He couldn't put the feeling into words]

[She flicks her eyes back to him, both relieved and a little disappointed that he was half dressed again. To his comment, she blinks as she tries to remember if it as infact the first time she'd told him]

Really..?..I should probably make it a point to say it more often, especially if it makes you go that colour~

[And watch that blush deepen and creep all the way up to the tips of his ears. He awkwardly rubs the back of his neck still smiling like an idiot. Revenge for the naked teasing earlier? successful.]

You know, you're probably the first person to call a 7 foot big green monster 'cute'.

Well..being 7ft only makes you taller, it does't reallt effect your personality. Being born green can't really be helped, and as for 'monster'..that's opinion I think

[AND IF YOU THOUGHT HE COULDN'T POSSIBLY GET ANY MORE FLUSTERED... then you were wrong. He looks up in a bit a surprise at Elphie, then he looks down with a little smirk. She was a sweet girl. A really really sweet girl. Well she would give her the first two points, but if an entire race of people think you're a monster and had a big damn holiday the day you died... it's a pretty safe bet. But he wasn't going to say that out loud. It would make him a hypocrite to tell Elphie's she's beautiful regardless of what others say, and then label himself as a monster for the same reason.]

But isn't 'cute' a word reserved for small furry animals and babies? I don't see how I fit into that category. At all. Maybe two or so years ago... but not now...
