[The muffled sound of the falling snow gives the Soho streets a serene, dream-like quality, only heightened by the lights and the oddly non-descript pedestrians. Ran walks down the street wondering at it all.
She knows exactly where she is. That trip to New York with Shinichi, well -- it was memorable even if for the wrong reasons. Funny that she's choose to remember this part of it -- and at Christmas! Ran paused to finger the bells on a storefront Christmas tree, before catching herself and smiling. Logic in a dream? Shinichi was a bad influence.
Humming happily to herself, Ran strolled down the street unaware that she's accidentally hit the record function on the blackberry she'd found in her wintercoat. It was a nice dream and she intended to enjoy it.]
