Twenty Eighth Entry ☼ Elizabeth ☼ The frozen spring [Accidental Video]
[In truth, Elizabeth was somewhat disappointed to be back at the Manor. She'd wanted to visit New York for a while after hearing about it from Ichabod, and she could have very easily spent another week there. But, that being said, it was quite nice to go back to what she was used to - something familiar.
The blackberry feed just shows Elizabeth sat in one of the window seats of her room, the colour of her gown a soft contrast to the red of her hair and the pure white outside. Occassionally, she looks up from her book, and watches the thick snowflakes float effortlessly past the window pane.]

Of course

You....look lovely. How is it that I have never seen you in that dress before today?
[Entering the room, he turns to face Elizabeth and straightens his back in a very proud manner to match Elizabeth's regal presence.]
My apologies that we could not find my previous residence. It was....nostalgic yet overwhelming that time had taken hold and I felt simply erased. Not that I mind now that I know I have no ties in the real world either.

Thank you very much; I almost have too many dresses to my name, so it's not surprising there are some you haven't seen yet.
[She then offers him a seat as she takes one herself]
It's unfortunate..I would have liked to see where you used to live; but I'm glad I got to see New York at least

Yes, I would have liked you to see it. I had so hoped that you could see what I have seen from my loft. [A smile returns at a memory.] Every morning was something new. I found my cardinal when he flew in my window and...I remember with fondness how he was grateful for the bread I had for him. Later I would bring him worms and seeds in the spring.
