[The door to Piccolo's room creaked open reveal a very groggy and confused Piccolo. Well... most of him at least, his head was obscured by the door way. He ducked under and turned to the side so that he could fit through with his height and the shoulders of his cape and walked out into the hallways. It was all so familiar, yet he couldn't exactly pinpoint why... wait a minute. Yes he could. CRAP. This place again? After almost 6 years? Vague bits for memories and feelings began resurfacing as though they had just happened the other day.

He stormed down the halls like he was frantically looking for something, yet he wasn't quite sure what that something was...]

[Hugging him back, she finds his statement incredibly sweet - but last time she told him that he didn't really understand]

Well, put it this way; I've been here for a long time, and there are people who have been here even longer. If she was going to send me away for good, she would have by now

[Piccolo smiles, relieved. She had a point. A good one]

And after all the hell I've given the Author, she still seems pretty determined to keep me here. So I think I'll be staying here for a while.

That is genetics. Slowing the heart stops it from pumping the adrenaline and whatever else it is that gets you mad through the body.

Like I said, I know you can be a prick. But hey, it's been explained, so whatever. Just go stop her from going nuts will you?

There's only so much you can blame on genetics before it gets old. Just makes you sound powerless against yourself.

[Piccolo could feel his temper rising, he wanted nothing more then to hit this kid across the face as hard as could.]

I'm not just blaming her! I would NEVER leave Elphie if I had the choice! Stupid little brat! You don't get it at all do you?!

[He sighs and pushes his hand through his hair, getting relatively irritated by this whole ordeal. Honestly he trusted Piccolo about as far as he could throw him.]

Really? I don't care. You can have as many madmen in your head as you like. The fact is you're just using him as an excuse. Suck it up and deal with it.

Yeah I get it. The Author sent you away for whatever reason. Don't start with me alright? If you do hit me around to relieve your tensions then you're just proving everyone here right.

[Probably best not to mention that he's probably given her more hell than he has the Author..]

I'm sure if she wasn't determined, you would have gone home a lot sooner.

[She momentarily entertains the thought of pulling away, but he was warm, and he was here. So, she just stays put, glancing up only when she speaks]
