Best I can suggest is Iroh or Constable Ichabod. The two of them are pretty balanced.

So I can't begrudge you for not likin' the 'kidie brigade' any. I know one of the detectives pointed a fuckin' flame thrower at my girlfriend, so I'm not exactly happy with them myself.

I keep away from them, usually I'm all for helpin', but so far they've done little to actually make this place any better beyond collect information when we get an influx of new people and horde it to themselves.
