First Study •§• Leonardo •§• New blueprints [In person // Intro]
Agniolo! Puoi venire qui un momento? Ho bisogno che tu-
[Stepping out of his room and expecting to be met with his dark, chaotic studio, Leonardo is cut short when he see's a long corridor, stretching to either side. He pauses, half in the door and half out, before crossing the threshold completely, closing the door behind him. He hesitates, but only for a moment, before his curiousity gets the best of him, and he heads towards a nearby staircase.
As he descends it, Leonardo tried to think of possible reasons why he was here. The Borgia, perhaps? Had they heard of his inventions? If that were the case, they wouldn't have left him so unguarded. And that didn't explain how his entire workshop was here, in tact (or, as in tact as was possible).
Doing a little jump down the last step, Leo smiles to himself as he folds his arms behind his back, and takes a moment to look around his new surroundings]
Ho la sensazione che questa sta per diventare molto interessante...*I have a feeling this is going to become very interesting*...
(Feel free to bump into him~!)
[In Person]
I'm sure you'd probably work out how to stop the bleeding effect if you knew how to work modern mechanics.
Yeah I get you. The only reason it was so isolated was to avoid detection by Abstergo. These days they're a shadow corporation that can see pretty much everything.
Knowing Ezio, I think he did it because he just wanted to keep you safe. The less you knew the less likely you would get caught up in it.
[Granted looking at Leo, he didn't look as old as he had in the 1500's, he was probably still in Venice.]
[In Person]
[Although Shaun had only mentioned him twice, Leonardo felt odd - it was like homesickness, only for a person; more than missing them, but not describable]
Yes, that does sound like him..
[In Person]
He got that from his father.
I'd introduce you to the others but it's just me here. Which is is probably a blessing. I don't think there are any Templars here. No one seems to know what they are-- though that's not much different from normal..
[In Person]
[Closing the book, Leo glances at Shaun]
So..how many other people are there here?
[In Person]
Oh, lord knows. There's been quite a few suddenly appearing, I'd say just under a hundred give or take.
[In Person]
That many..? Vedo..
How long have you been here, my friend?
[In Person]
[In Person]
That is a long time..Is there no way to get back? At all?
[In Person]
Yeah.. I'm in charge of tactics for those Assassins in the field. Without me they may as well be flying blind.
Not unless she gets bored of you, or you serve no purpose to the story any longer. She's a bit fickle like that.
[In Person]
[Although his mood has dropped, he still puts on a smile]
Well, I suppose all that's left to do now is make the most of what is put in front of us!
[In Person]
Always Mr. Positive aren't you? Or I could just keep moaning about it because that's what us Brits do.
[In Person]
[Chuckling, he leans back on his desk]
I always thought the English were renowned for rash descisions and fabulous court parties~?
[In Person]
But I won't bore you with that. -- Well we do have awesome parties still but they're not always as classy.
[In Person]
Tell me, have you been to Italy before?
[In Person]
Depends where you go, Oxford's quite nice.
Yeah, I was actually at Monteriggioni before I got sent here. I was hiding out in the Assassin's Sanctuary under Mario Auditore's villa.
[In Person]
Esther's a happy girl that you mentioned Oxford XD]I imagine it is - although, I know you do not always get the best weather, I hear it is quite charming
[Mario Auditore? Ezio's Uncle..? So Shaun really did know about his friend and his history..]
I see - small world, no~?
[In Person]
Shaun's from Oxford you derp XD]England's weather's pretty bloody awful for the most, even during Summer. We're lucky if it's sunny. But yeah, it's mostly the rural towns that are classed as charming - the big cities are a bit lacking. Concrete usually takes away from that.
[He pauses. To tell him or not..? Well there hadn't been any harm explaining it so far.]
Yeah, though it was just the closest to where we were hiding before the Templars found us. It's not exactly in it's former glory though. The Borgia made sure of that in 1500.
[In Person]
..What do you mean..?
