23 ☼ [In Person]

[Oz is sitting in the observation deck, drinking a cup of tea and looking at the view. To him it was amazing that something he could have only read in books was now being seen right in front of his eyes. He puts the cup to his lips and takes a sip, before looking at the collection of cake he had next to a tea pot and spare cups.

He picked a cake that he was going to eat down as he put the cup of tea down on it's coaster before picking up a fork as taking his first bites of the treat. Happy with the choice Oz put the fork down and picked up the tea once again taking a sip and going back to looking out the window, holding a book called 'The picture of Dorian Gray' close to him for the time being before opening it up and looking down at the pages.]

LOL Something along those lines.

[[Alright, as soon as he sees the cake, there's a moral dilemma. Get any closer to this body, unaware of its name or- don't get any closer and perhaps not pursue this cake. Hm.

L takes a few steps closer, being as casual as he can.]

You've nothing to be sorry for, Mister--?
[[He trails off, hoping for a name to put to the face that he's still trying to erase Light from.]]

[[That mystery is going to live and die with L if Oz doesn't mention it, but at least now he has a name to go with the body. He seems like he's not going to pull a Light!Freakout genuinely and approaches, his eyes momentarily flicking to the side at the cake an the back to its owner.]]

Simple precaution, you can't be too careful meeting new people.

[[L, though at first only ok'ed to approach, takes the chair opposite of Oz in only the way that he can, shifting only a little in the chair to sit in a proper position so it wouldn't fall over under the odd distribution in weight.]]
