As far as I've seen back home, there aren't any entities other than humans that are making themselves known, not like this. [She's sending the breeze over to Raidou.] And weather is probably one of the oddball things for an ambient mage to have- you can't craft it, you can't cultivate it, it simply is. I grew up with green mages- those whose magic works through plants- and craft-mages. I can't shape a breeze for luck, spell in signs for prosperity in a cloud.
