[Unbeknownst to the Doctor, he's inside the reactor, or what's left of it. As he explores, he searches his pockets for his blackberry. When he's unsuccessful, his anxiety deepens, and his pace quickens. He didn't like the feel of this apparent disaster zone, and he didn't like the thoguht of Hatori also being here, and being here alone. However, had Black Jack been aware of where he was, he would have been more wary of the pipes and tubes sticking out of the wall. Or the piles of material from said tubes..]
