[She was breaking inside. It was worse than when her boys had disappeared before, worse than anything else...and if had been possible, she would have found a crossroads demon and made a deal. Dean had lived without her almost his whole life...he could get over her death if it meant that he had his brother back.
Sitting in a corner of the parlor, a half empty bottle of Vodka sat next to her hand and from the redness around her eyes, it was more than clear that she'd been crying. She didn't want to feel anymore. She'd done what she could to keep Dean from falling to pieces but that was all she could do. Nothing would comfort her; she shouldn't have wasted their time together. Looking back on it, it didn't matter that Sam had mistaken her for his girlfriend, all that mattered was that she let the rift between them grow instead of making him see her for who she was.
Pouring more Vodka into her glass, she drank it down within seconds, not even making a reaction at the burn. Any other time, she would have resorted to baking...This wasn't the time for cooking though, this was the time for drinking until she either passed out or she couldn't feel anything anymore. Which ever came first would be more than welcome.]
