[Kobato seems to be running around Paris, looking through windows and generally just wondering where she was and just what certain things were and what they did, but no one of the people she asked would talk to her and would just smiled and go about there day like she was nothing, so instead she pulled out her blackberry and after much fiddling with it managed to turn on the video feed.]

Excuse me, but does anyone know what this place is?
