[Touya's on the move. He's already swept the second and first floor, now he's on the third, peering into the music room. He tisks and looks down at the 'berry]

Has anyone seen Yukito?


[Akatsuki lands on Touya's head and he looks up at her with vague annoyance.]

No luck.

[Touya curses under his breath]

Yuki if you're out there tell me. And if anyone's seen him, [He looks worried for a second] no matter what, just tell me.

[People are becoming zombies he's praying that that hasn't happened to his best friend]

[Akatsuki puffs herself up as large as she can. There's a cold glint in her eyes. Her quiet rage matching Touya's. He tries to keep his head as he forces out]

Let. Me. See. Yuki.

[ Yue pauses, frowns at Touya, before his feet fall flat against the floor. He crosses his arms, shoulders hunched, and grunts slightly.]

If you insist.

[His wings wrap tightly around him, and the glow that surrounds him is almost blinding -- until just Yukito is standing there, staring blankly at the wall just past Touya's shoulder.]

[Touya's eyes go wide and his face falls. Yue wasn't lying. Yukito's soul is gone. The shell standing before him isn't Yuki anymore. Akatsuki lets out a long moarnful caw. Touya's shaking hands find Yukito's shoulders. He knows that there's nothing he can do. Nothing. He embraces the form that was once his friend tightly, squeezing his eyes closed. His head is bowed and even though he is alone in the room he tries to stop himself from crying. He hasn't cried in years not since his mother died. After that nothing else ever seemed so hard or so painful. Now...he tries to pretend that his breath is shuttering for some other reason and ignore the tears falling onto Yukito's shoulder.]

[ Blankly, Yukito turns his head to look at Touya, though it's not out of curiosity or any other human emotion. Just reflex. He stands there stiffly, a bit awkwardly, neither embracing Touya in return nor pushing him away. ]

[Touya can't bring himself to let Yukito go. He stays there for a long time. He buries his face in Yukito's shoulder. Yue might have to come back to discourage him]
