[In Person] Not quite the usual reality-warping.
[In the main hall, there's a seventeen year old Alessa sitting on the carpet, legs folded up under her skirt, looking ... very perturbed.]
[She's also in the middle of a patch of small flowers that are inexplicably growing out of the floor; keen observers might notice that there's small flowers dotting the manor all over the place, wherever she's been the past day, marking where she's appeared or disappeared or really done ANYTHING.]
[Every now and then, a patch of floor in front of her that she's staring at will seem to rot away into rusted metal grating covered in unidentifiable stains, some of which look like blood ...]
[And then it'll return to normal, and be quickly covered in flowers.]

Hey.
[OOC: He smells uber good this week, those be pheromones but they only attract dudes to him hardcore. Wimmenfolk just get to enjoy him.]
[In Person]
Hello. [She's studying him trying to figure out why there was recognition. There shouldn't be recognition, she has no clue who this person is and there's no sense that he's ever been anywhere near Silent Hill.]
[In Person]
When did you arrive here?
[In Person]
[In Person]
[Well.. he wouldn't tell her everything he knew. That may just freak her out.]
[In Person]
What do you know of Silent Hill, and how?
[In Person]
Where do I start? Well.. I know about the cult. The Order trying to create paradise through their 'God' which was actually a demon of sorts. I know about your mother's plan, the shitty things they did to you. People that have been drawn to Silent Hill, the monsters there..
In my home, your life and home is part of a survival horror game. I know it sounds weird, but, hell meeting you is weird to me.
[In Person] Realize that time period + history = no exposure to video games.
[Although one thing doesn't quite make sense...] What kind of a "game" would go into that kind of detail on something like that?
[In Person] orz silly Wallace, he forgets these
I guess it's under a psychological horror. The Japanese have an odd sense of entertainment in comparison with America or Europe.
[In Person] It's OK, there's a lot she "doesn't get" XD
How would one 'play' at something like that? [She's got images of going out finding haunted houses in with the confusion...]
[In Person] XD Wallace will have to break it to her gently huh?
Well, you have a television and a box looking thing you plug into it and then you can play it as though you're there.
You wanna see it?
[Of course he wasn't going to show her Silent Hill, that'd just be insult to injury. Probably more like something along the lines of Mario.]
[In Person] Or something. She needs introductions to the real world >.>
Controlling a TV image? - yes, I would.
[In Person] WE CAN MANAGE THIS!
The game's room is just down there. C'mon, it'll be fun.
[In Person]
Something stops him when he smells Alessa's heart though. Darkened, but not of her own accord. Sad, bittered and spiteful. Cautiously he approached her, offering a gummy bear that Willy had made for him.]
[In Person]
[She smiles sadly and accepts it.] Thank you.

Re: [In Person]
[The exact phrasing might not get across, but the question's clear enough.]
...Mother.
[In Person]
..I'm sorry..
[In Person]
...Thank you.
[In Person]
Granted he can see that the flowers are getting on Alessa's nerves. If he was more confident he'd probably plunk several from the ground, turn it into a game of sorts. Something to distract the melancholy from the air.]
no subject
I'm sorry, but I was wondering if these flowers I keep seeing are yours?
no subject
Apparently. They're not normal for me. [One of the brief Otherside patches opens up in front of her as if by way of demonstration, then closes over and ... is covered in a renewed growth of flowers.]
no subject
Is it something to do with the Author this week? She gave me the ability to understand birds.

no subject
Maybe. [Her tone goes dry and sardonic.] If this goes on much longer, the Manor will be covered in them.

[Wilting the flowers isn't much of an issue - the entire span out to under Medusa's feet is suddenly bloodied, rusted, and rotted; Alessa's appearance hasn't changed, although she is looking up with a distinctly unamused expression.]
no subject
That's a rather impressive power you have there little girl.
no subject
Really? [She sounds almost bored, although she's watching Medusa quite closely.] It just hasn't been working as usual lately...
no subject
Any idea why that might be?
no subject
[Sigh.]
I know why.
Because this place is held by someone else's power.
no subject
Tell me more.
no subject
This place is held up by someone else's power, and this week it is quite obvious that the one who owns this place, can make ... alterations at whim, even to the power of those within it... [A small circle in front of her stops being grate, and the flowers sprout in its wake.] Who knows? Perhaps one week, we'll wake up and be completely... normal.
[And on that cheerful note, she stands up, dissolving into a sudden shadowy mass of blackness, shifting legs and gleaming eyes; that starts to spread, then bursts into flames, decaying to ash far too quickly before it disappears, leaving behind more flowers.]
