Spell 30 .: Elphaba :. [Video/Voice] // backdated to Monday night

[The video comes on, and shows a scared and worried Elphaba; she looks like she wants to cry, and for anyone paying attention they may see the top of Wallaces faceless head in her lap]

I-I need help, Wallace isn't..h-he isn't awake, he's not even alive I don't think..he doesn't have a face, it's gone, he's just gone..

[The more she says the more her voice seems to quaver, the tears in her eyes threatening to spill over]

Please, just, someone, anyone

[Reaching Wallaces room, she pushes the door open and steps in, looking around her as she does so - she's never been in here before now. Spotting the bed, she looks back at Piccolo]

Could you put him down there, please? But on his side

on his side?

[Piccolo shrugs, she was the smart one after all. He drops Wallace a bit so that he can grab him by the back of his shirt, then drops him unceremoniously on the bed, sloppily rolling him on his side]

[She rolls her eyes a little at his actions, but reminds herself that he's actually behaving himself very well - he could have refused to help, but didn't. Sitting next to Wallace so that he's facing away from her, Elphaba positions his head, the bloody wound having already left a mark on the pillow.

Casting the healing spell she knew best, she was somewhat glad that Wallace was out of it - she wasn't sure how much it would hurt him. As soon as she finished speaking, the results were the same as ever, and soon, disregarding the fact he had no face, Wallace was good as new.

Pulling him back over gently, she pets his hair and gives him a little kiss on the forehead, before getting up and looking at Piccolo]

Come on - we can leave him now

[Piccolo watched her pretty unamused... that is until he planted a kiss on that little whelp's forehead. Piccolo took a sharp inhale, and his nostrils flared. He bit his lip to prevent him from making any audible noise to show his displeasure. He clenches his fists and turns to leave without saying a word.

Elphie was too upset. Now was not the time for him to act up, even if all he wanted to do was yell and scream and hit something.]

[His displeasure wasn't exactly hard to ignore, and Elphaba knew as soon as she did it it would piss him off. But, she wasn't in the mood to argue her actions with him; she was allowed to kiss whoever she liked. (Although that saucy lip action is reserved only for Piccolo, no worries)

Once they were outside the room, she closed the door glanced up at him. She hated making him angry, even when she was well within her rights]

Hey..thank you for helping him. I know you two loathe each other, but it meant a lot to me that you did

[She had to stop herself saying 'he means a lot to me'..That would have opened a can of worms..]

[Piccolo just glances at her over his shoulder and lets out a grunt saying he understood. He did it for her, and he was glad that she was pleased in some regard. However, he couldn't help but feel inferior to that Wallace boy. She always seemed to laugh and be so happy when she was with him, and while Piccolo knew she enjoyed her time with him as well, he couldn't help but recall all the times he made her miserable and suffer.

He let out a sigh and continued walking.]

[The lack of response from him only made her feel worse - it hadn't been her intention to make him annoyed, she had only been showing affection to a friend.

Slowing to a stop, she pushes her hair over her shoulder as she looks up]

What do you want me to do..?

[He turned and glanced up at her a bit sadly before his gaze wandered to the floor and he looked away.]

I just want you to be happy. That's all.

[She frowns a little]

What makes you think I'm not?

You... laugh more when you're with that human... and you smile a lot more...

[He still can't make eye contact, he continues looking away and rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. He didn't like this conversation. He wanted to just storm off and completely disregard everything that happened, but it was as though Elphie's question just kept him rooted to the spot. He couldn't leave until Elphie was satisfied with his answer.

And he wasn't quote sure if this was possible but he hated that stupid little human all the more for making him go through this.]

That's not true..well..I hope it isn't anyway..

[She was liking this conversation less and less. Glancing to the side a little awkwardly, she looks back up at him as she tries to set his mind at ease]

I'm really, really sorry if it seems like I spend more time with him, or have more fun with him. And I know things have been a little..rocky, lately..with us..but I love you, and I don't want you to feel- I don't know..inferior, to him.

He's my friend, a good friend. But you'll always be more than that to me, and I hope you know that

You deserve better. I'm a monster, I can't help but destroy and cause pain, it's what I was born for. That human... won't hurt you... and you'll smile...

[He finally forces his gaze back to Elphie shyly. Even 6 years after what he did, the guilt remained a heavy weight on his shoulders.]

Elphie... if you want to... be with him... It's alright. I'll be fine... as long as you start smiling again...

[There's a very long moment of silence - she's not sure she can believe he just said that]

What?

N-No..! No I don't want to be with him-! Why would you..how can you think that?

[Frowning]

Wallace is gay, he doesn't like girls - but that's not the point. I'm with you and unless you don't want me, then you're stuck with me.

Why? Do you have any idea just how long it's been since you looked happy? If that human makes you smile again then-

[he pauses when Elphie explains what 'gay' is. In a moment his face is blushing so hard from embarrassment he looks as though he could pass his face off as a giant plum. Even the tips of his ears seem to light up.]

G-gay? H-he doesn't like...? DAMMIT ALL CAN'T HUMAN'S JUST KEEP AT LEAST ONE DAMN THING SIMPLE LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE?! Tch...

[Piccolo VERY QUICKLY and very huffily turns away with his arms crossed, in an attempt to hide his humiliation]

[She's surprised that it's allegedly been so long since she smiled, but when he suddenly reacts to what 'gay' is, she can't help but smirk to herself. Going up behind him, she wraps her arms around his waist, and rests her head against his back]

..I'm smiling now

[he sighs and places his arms over hers affectionately, enjoying the feeling of her, but still too embarrassed to turn around and look at her]

I'm glad you find my ignorance amusing. At least it's doing one of us some good.

[Nuzzling him a little]

It lightened the mood somewhat..but, listen

[Coming round to face him]

I don't want to be with anyone else, and even if Wallace dated girls, I'm pretty sure I'm not his type..

[Smile]

So..no more telling me to go, okay? Unless I really get so annoying it's the only option..~

[Piccolo smiles JUST A LITTLE BIT himself and pulls hie Elphie into a hug]

You annoying? To the person who blows up the forest on a regular basis and almost ended mankind twice? Nah. I don't think that's possible.

[he leans down to kiss her on the forehead]

You should get a metal just for putting up with me.

[Now a little happier that..well, he was happier, Elphaba smiles]

I don't 'put up' with you..I don't know how to describe it, but that sounds a little harsh

[he scoffs a bit in self-loathing]

After everything I've done, I can't think of a more fitting way to put it.
