[Giselle is in the woods, under the sun in all it's glory as the animals cover her areas that shouldn't be seen on the blackberry.]

Oh my~

[She goes to pick up her blackberry, the animals moving around to keep her covered for the meantime.]

Does anyone know what is going on? My clothes seemed to have vanished on their own~

[And not to figure out how to get to her without losing his own clothes...or something that he could use to cover her as well...which isn't going to be any easier.]

[His brow lifts. Even he didn't have an answer for it.]

Um...anything I say is going to be pure speculation anyway and the best answer I can give is that...well...it's the Author. She's probably enacting a whim.

[And he's grabbing a lampshade from the parlor along with a couch cushion.]

[Gene only hopes that his wilder days wouldn't catch up to him.]

It's a very odd sort of whim.

Okay~ I'm near the edge of the woods, my animal friend will help if you need it~

[And the moment he stepped outside was the moment that it became very clear why he needed those items. The lampshade he holds under his arm while he holds the blackberry in his hand. The cushion was more for modesty's sake.]

{thinking: I feel like I stepped right off the pages of Genesis. This is weird.}

They should call this the Garden of Eden.

[He's trying to make it light but Gene's not entirely sure about her humor threshold just yet.]

[He nods and lets her go on ahead. At least she's covered more than Gene is which is embarrassing as it stands.]

Well, the cold. If you're not effected by it, is it because you're world is different? I've been curious about where people come from.

[He was about to ask about the animals covering her up adding to her warmth but that was awkward in and of itself and best to be avoided for the most part.]

The sunlight apparently makes your clothes vanish. Ma'am, you should really come back in-

[She loses her train of thought as she becomes completely flabbergasted by what she sees. Those were live animals, right?]

Really~ I've never heard of the sun being able to do that before.
