All of the wars and crime and hurt in the world is caused by the human capacity for emotion. Happiness, joy...love. Its a small price to pay for complete peace.

In my world, that color would easily incite emotion in people...in my experience it seems artwork and music are the two most common contraband we find in the Nethers...and poetry.
