☠ 14th Plunder ☠ Ooh! This is new! {Accidental Video}
[A tattooed back covered in what appears to be a poem of some sort and tribal waves wrap around both biceps and part of his lower back. He's stepping in and out of the light as if it were some game and is laughing at some points.]
Well, this is certainly new.
[And he tries to beat it but fails and trips over his own feet. Jumping that far isn't possible for him when light is going to beat him.]
Hm.
[He pushes up and tries again this time he's going to experiment with his blanket and holds it up instead of putting it on.]

Ah, is this the lady that caught me in the halls as I was yelling through Ophelia?
[Which that bullhorn in the corner is so aptly named in Gothic letters and it stood out among his room. The pirate wasn't entirely embarrassed but he did manage to keep himself covered.]
How fairs you, love?
no subject
Oh God ...
...erm...
I wasn't spying or anything... I mean I wasn't looking! I didn't want to see you... not that I don't want to... or that I do...
[she trails off, blushing and looking sheepish]
Sorry...
no subject
No need to feel sorry, deary. You were looking and to look means to know you're alive. I would look at you if the situations were reversed. No shame in admitting you like what you see.
[He takes a bite and holds himself in a dignified way whether he had control or not. Jack was hardly every embarrassed and never insulted.]
The devices have a mind of their own. Perhaps it was fate that intervened, eh?
no subject
Well... alright then, maybe I was looking... a little.
I'm not sure I'd be quite so forgiving if I caught you staring at me like that, however, Captain. Though at the same time the thought is rather flattering.

[And now comes Jack's philosophy.]
Here is my view, if I may be so bold in which case I shall, to stare often means a mark of adoration or disgust in some cases of those that have barnacles growing in places where they shouldn't be. Now unless I am corrected, there is no sense in my changing m' mind about watching you.
[At the end of his sentence, he smiles but it's a different smile. A warmer one marked with keen interest.]
no subject
[she gives him a raised eyebrow but she's smiling, actually this is her flirting]
no subject
[Oh yes, he's playing around now and it was evident in his tone.]
Why wouldn't I? I'm a man, you're a woman and the two of us make up the Garden of Eden like Adam and Eve only without the fig leaves.
[He's certainly going to enjoy this conversation.]
At the very least, we can pretend since our clothes have taken a shying from the light, eh?
no subject
[she says, grinning like anything]
... but a completely charming one it must be said.
no subject
[And Jack chuckles softly and his voice reflects the ease.]
Perhaps on the rare occasion I can be rather charming, darling. What say you and me to a little dinner in the cabin, eh?
no subject
[she sweeps her hair behind her shoulder, very subtley.]
Because I will have to warn you I'm quite a classy lady, and I do expect men to be gentlemen around me.
Not that I'd expect anything less of you, of course.
no subject
[He takes a moment to ponder that. Sure, why not. Elizabeth said that he should be more honest and with her not being here he'll certainly take up that mantle.]
Of course.
[And now comes the part where Jack pretends to be posh and holds up his nose with his hand inside his vest.]
I shall be the most gentle of gentlemen.
no subject
[she grins, she can't remember the last time she felt so at ease, so free]

[He's not a bad cook either now that he's figured out how the oven works by watching others do it and has experimented with it.]
I'll bring the wine...or rum. Which would you prefer?
[Rum would be his first choice but wine goes best with dinner.]
no subject
[she shrugs one shoulder]
At least the sun will have set by then and we'll be properly clothed, otherwise it might have been a little awkward.
no subject
[Well, that was a thought that crossed his mind before so he's not going to complain.]
Wine it is. I would never ask you to be compromised...unless you want to be in which case I shan't complain.
no subject
Well then, Captain, I shall see you at dinner.
I'll be awaiting it with great anticiptaion.

[He tips his hat with a smile and turns off the feed. He's going to have a lot of work to do. Good thing he paid attention to those that can cook or this would be a disaster.]
You'll want to turn off your video feed.
[And since Jack knows that these things have a mind of its own, he doesn't hesitate to turn the thing off.]
[Voice Only]
[Voice Only]
Ah, so being as I am a man, you care not to see the splendors of what is Jack Sparrow. Pity. Not that you would know a real man considering all the odd changes time has made men over time. Their hands are much too soft.
Re: [Voice Only]
[Voice Only]
[That and he certainly didn't feel like arguing when it was true.]
Re: [Voice Only]
I do thank you for your speed in turning off the feed.
