For those who visited Misa's room before, they might recognize the room belonging to her. But the girl in front of the mirror was not the Misa Amane they know.

The girl is cute. That is the first thing people will notice, but her hair was dark brown and not blonde. The young girl is pinching her cheeks and staring at herself in the mirror disbelievingly. Her hands were shaking as she began touching her hair and then tugging on her pigtails. ]

Light misses his family... and it is probably making Light sad to be away. Light is a great guy! To not make other people worry, he makes himself strong and hide the fact that he is really sad and worried. Isn't is sweet?

Misa makes herself useful by helping making everyone happy! It is more fun and more helpful than doing nothing. Doing nothing is pretty boring anyway.

Oh! We met--- well, for Misa it was love at first sight when Misa was at Shibuya after work.

[Love at first sight? Naomi wouldn't put that idea past such a romantic girl as Amane, but the fact the Yagami would tolerate an excuse like that renders the reason itself suspicious. Perhaps Amane did believe it, perhaps not. But most certainly there must be something more in order for Yagami to bear with her. Otherwise he would just shake the girl off as useless or even killed her. Naomi had seen the way he treated Misa, as if she were a nuisance rather than partner or even friend.
