_{[ Here is Vegeta, full grown, messing with his device upon entering the stretch of open land full of herbivores and whatnot. He records massive herd of Parasaurolophus mingling and grazing and chuckles a little. They are joined by a small group of Brachiasaur around the watering hole, and a large herd of Gallimimus just further off in the fields. Serene, absolutely serene. Perfect for a pint-sized predator. ]}

Looks like it's lunch time.

Oh, they're particularly hostile? Such a shame.

[He tilts his head humming, watching them peacefully go about their mundane existences (or as mundane as you can be when an Author creation).]

If they were then wouldn't they have attacked us by now?

I never said they were hostile. I'm saying fighting against nature is a bad idea.

That depends entirely on what the definition of nature is. How is this waging war against the grand scheme?

It's putting wild creatures in a controlled environment.

Isn't that typical of humans though? They seek to impose control over anything they see fit to be chaotic. It's their way of exerting their power.

I'll enjoy watching this one backfire.

Unfortunately so. Their unwarranted self-perception of superiority is usually the cause of their downfall. This will be no exception.

So, how shall we celebrate our suspicions being confirmed when it happens?

What possible entertainment could that hold?

The thrill of the chase. Though, I doubt it's something someone as prissy as you could understand.

I'm particular about my prey. Unintelligent beasts aren't the slightest bit thrilling.

Causing a war between neighboring countries by using their greed and wrath as leverage? The screams of the many that die in it's wake? That is a thrill. You need to understand the finer things life has to offer - should I say death.

Sounds like a lot of unneeded work. Watching humans kill each other isn't as entertaining as doing it yourself.

You must have a lot of time on your hands getting that involved with an idiotic species.

Half of the irony is watching them realise that they have been self-destructive. I'm simply there to end them when they're no longer necessary to my cause.

I possess a higher purpose, nothing more. Watching them is like watching a horrific accident, you can't tear your eyes away even if you wish to look away.

Your cause seems never-ending and futile. Humans don't learn from their mistakes, they cover them up and make excuses.

It's either that or ruling them.

[He still hadn't decided which he'd settle on. He did like being a reaper though.]

Whilst that may true, it's amusing for the sake of dramatic irony.

I can't say that I'd be excited about ruling over creatures of such little value. It's not something to be impressed over.

Then isn't it good I'm not looking to impress. [He replied with an acidic smile.] I don't need the validation of others, especially not from a self-important stumpy man.

Do note that you at least do a good job of making me roll my eyes.

No matter. How do you intent to catch one of these beasts, and for what purpose? Nourishment?

There's no strategy involved. I just catch one and kill it. And yes, I eat it afterward.

[Kuja scoffs at Vegeta's last comment.]

Quite the little wild man aren't you? I can't imagine they'll be particularly appetising.

So, impress me. How about you try to take down that one.

[And so he naturally points to the biggest dinosaur there. An Amphicoelias which was bordering 190 feet long and 775 feet tall.]

That's a lot of meat going to waste. I would assume you're too sophisticated to join in on the feast, and I intend on consuming the entire carcass.

That depends entirely on the flavour.

[Folding his arms he scans the plains once more.]

_{[ He points to a gallimimus. ]

One of those. I can easily stomach one whole, and they're stupid. I rather enjoy playing with my food before I kill it.}

[Kuja hums. It looked interesting, but he'd never actually eaten any form of reptile before. Looking around he settles himself down on a rock, resting his head on his palm.]

Well then, you had best be on your way before the herd completely scatters.

[He looks to Vegeta, then to the herd, back to Vegeta and then tosses one of his Holy orbs in the middle of the group.]
