[Piccolo just scoffs and holds his forearm up allowing the raptor to sink it's teeth into it. Ultimately he ends up holding the creature while it's talons dig into his chest and shoulders. Piccolo hardly seems bothered about it though. Granted his arms are full, so instead he opens his mouth, in moments there's a flicker of light from his throat. In a flash the ki-blast erupts from his mouth hitting the dinosaur in the face (and his arm too).
He frowns a bit. That was hardly a FRACTION of his power. He should have been able to kill that thing with a LOOK. Still it should be enough to get the thing away...]
