It isn't a problem.
[And he's being truthful. It isn't. There's nothing quite like free entertainment accompanied by minor revenge. His own hair has been washed at least four times in an attempt to remove the dye. It's working, but definitely not fast enough for Light's tastes.]
He's usually found accompanied by cheap parlor tricks. Pigeons, scarves, cards- the whole display. Good luck finding him.
