[Elphaba, although a little perturbed at finding herself in space at first, is now enjoying it more than she thought she would. Sitting on the observation deck, she's just silently taking in the view. It was breathtaking, definitely something she wouldn't forget in a hurry.

Pulling out her blackberry, she switches it on as a thought strikes her]

[Jake's not sure what to think initially as he stumbles upon the green woman. First there was the blue man ("Megamind"?) in the kitchen, now a green woman as he wanders around his new residence and gets to know it. Granted, she's a bit more human looking in proportions than the last one.]

[Another alien? Is that how these "plots" worked? He glances from Elphaba to the windows and whistles in appreciation at what he sees.]

Now ain't that something.

[It's pretty impressive scenery.]

[Admittedly, if Jake had called her an alien, she probably would have broken his arm.

But, at the moment, she was far too entranced by the view of the universe to care much about anything else.

Glancing at Jake, Elphaba smiles]

Isn't it?

[Jake smiles.]

Reminds me of the range. Ridin' the trails on your trusty steed, camping out under the stars...

[...like they show in the movies.]

It doesn't really remind me of anything, other than a night sky close up..

[After a moment, she holds out her hand]

I don't think I've seen you around - I'm Elphaba.

I just moseyed into town the other day, so I reckon that's why. The name's Jake Marshall.

[Folding her arms behind her back, she looks back out to the stars]

It's not too bad - the Manor I mean. Some of the plots are less than desirable, but overall it's pretty comfortable

[Comfortable. Now, wouldn't that be nice?]

That's what I've been hearin'. Suppose I'll get to see for myself.

[Pause.]

This one doesn't seem too bad so far.

Hopefully you'll grow to like it - I know I have

[Glinda saw the text and headed out quickly to see her friend.]

Oh goodness, this is beautiful!

[She walks to get a closer view of the glass]

[When she hears the doors open behind her, Elphaba turns to see who it is. When it turns out to be Glinda, she greets her friend with a smile, before looking back to the stars]

It is, isn't it? It makes you feel so small..

Kinda makes everything else seem small too, huh?
