I've been thinking about the Author. I just can't believe she truly has the ability of controlling fate. It would be mocking everything fate stands for.

Instead I wonder, if it isn't simply her fate to bring us her. And ours to be here.
There's got to be some kind of deeper reason behind all of this....

[Zuko is not happy to be hearing that voice again, and, still trying to get used to his Blackberry, takes a second to figure out where it's coming from. Once he does, he scowls at the little device-- fate? Who needs it? He's been struggling with fate and destiny for three years now, and now that he's stuck in this place, doesn't want to be reminded of it.]

[With an annoyed expression, Zuko quickly begins to punch buttons on the phone, trying to figure out how to shut the damn thing up. On Ryuutaro's end, he's probably getting a helluva lot of different-toned beeping.]
