[Hello manor, help yourself to the image of a beautiful blue morning sky and some swaying palm trees!]

[Wait, what's that sound? Groaning... Shifting sand... silence...]

...The hell?

[Why, yes, Zuko's picked up a few sayings from being around Dean and Gokudera.]

[There's more muffled cursing and sounds of rummaging around in the sand and then Zuko, noticeably sandy, walks into view of the Blackberry, which is apparently lying on the ground, would ya look at that. He picks it up, and then realizes it's already on, and frowns.]

Dean? Gokudera? Uncle? If any of you guys see this, where am I? Where's the Manor?

[In the meantime, Zuko's going to get down to the business of trying to get all this damn sand off his clothes.]

We're not in the manor, but somewhere hot an sunny. I can find out once it gets dark.

You, go eat. Don't bother about exploring or anything like that, go eat until you can't eat any more. Especially meat.[He doesn't know what state you're in, but being in a hot, sunny place means you need to eat more - especially if you haven't really recovered from the whole blood loss thing.

You passing out was something Dean didn't need on his concience ~~because he has so much on it already~~] Or I swear to god the minute it's dark I will drag you somewhere and feed you myself.

[Don't make mother comments, Zuko, it puts Dean on the aggressive. He snaps] And that's why you're underweight, and lacking blood, right?

Hey, if it wasn't for me, you would've wound up hurting someone, or starving to death! And I still managed to defend myself against that psycho-thing! [Zuko on the defensive is the same as Zuko on the aggressive. It's part of the Fire Nation mentality-- their offense is their defense.]

I'll note how you didn't address the whole food issue.

[Hayato comes on the screen, though he's not actually looking AT the screen, rather he seems EXTREMELY focused on something in front of him, but that's off camera. He's got his hair pulled back and his glasses on, and a pencil tucked behind his ear]

It's a field trip. Didn't I tell you about...

[He pauses and holds his breath, until there's a little click from whatever he's working on, he lets out his breath slowly]

I told you about the field trips right?

Ah... You... Maybe? [Zuko honestly can't remember, so instead he changes the subject!] What are you doing? [Because he's a nosy thing.]

[Hayato doesn't respond for a moment, instead biting his lip as a beads of sweat form on his brow. There's the sound of something rustling as he works to finish up whatever he's doing quickly. He sighs and leans back on the chair.]

Workin'.

[He wipes the sweat from his brow. He doesn't approve of nosiness, so that's the best answer you're going to get for now]

[Bawww, such a shame.]
