[The Doctor is lounging by the beach on a lawn chair with some pink lemonade-look! It's even got an umbrella and a bendy straw!- Yup, he's definitely making the best of being on the beach- except that if you pay close attention you'll notice he's still wearing his tweed jacket, bowtie and STILL dressed like a librarian with hiking boots on. The only thing that would suggest he's dressed for Hawaii would be the TARDIS blue sun hat he's wearing,orange lei-which clash horribly- and sunglasses.]

Hello! Or should I say Aloha? Ooh... that's confusing- In Hawaii Aloha means both hello and good bye-Nevermind!

The TARDIS seems to have disappeared again-though I'm sure she'll pop up again once we're back at the manor- in the meantime- Hawaii! Bright and Sunny! Nothing like the planet Hawaii- it's all cold and desolate- the locals have too many hands- really- it's impossible to keep up with all of them.

I'd say we're still in the year 2011-Oh! I think my birthday's this month! No, no. Can't be- My birthday was weeks ago-or was it? It's so hard to keep up with this stuff going in the right order- how is it you people manage to keep up with anything?

Uh... I don't think so. I'm a bit busy trying to get, you know, supplies and stuff. [That, and, he's never tried surfing before, and he'd rather not make a fool of himself. Besides, what use is a skill like that? He's better off focusing on more important things.]

Supplies for what? The Author has been kind enough to supply you with everything.

What are you talking about? I woke up on the beach yesterday with nothing but the clothes on my back! The day before, we were in a manor that was in shambles with barely enough food to get by! What supplies has-- has the Author given us!?

Look around you. Go into a few stores- I think you'll find you have an unlimited amount of money- that's all thinks to the author- bless her and her extremely annoying self.

I've looked around. I've been into the stores. [Both when they were open and when they weren't.] I have no idea what money you're talking about, because I sure didn't wake up with any. [If he were standing, he'd be tapping his foot impatiently, but as it is, he'll settle for folding one arm across his chest while giving you an annoyed look.]

Plastic. And yes, they swipe it at the store and off you go with your new-whatever it is you bought.

Don't worry if you lost it-It'll probably pop back up in your hotel room-assuming, of course, that you didn't throw the key away with it. [even though he could probably get one at the hotel desk-but he's not mentioning that part :D]

You know, the big comfy room you woke up in this morning-there should have been two pieces of plastic- you room key and the credit card.

...I'm pretty sure I've already told you this, but I woke up on the beach.

There weren't any footprints in the sand near where I woke up. [He'd looked, carefully, when he'd first woken up and realized he wasn't in the Manor.]

Well, I'm sure if you go to the hotel and ask for a room, they'll give you one.

You don't need it- just tell them you want a key and they should give you one. It doesn't all work the same here.
