Teru Mikami ~13~ Lifeblood [Text / In Person]

[Mikami hasn't been enjoying this vacation at all. Which is mainly for the fact that Mikami is someone who never takes even a day off work. To him it's only annoying to be forced out of his schedule. But it was not like there was a possibility for a stable schedule here anyway. Even after all this time, Mikami still had difficulties getting used to it. The lack of logic made him nervous. The last weeks had been especially bad.
He hadn't really slept, hadn't really eaten... Nobody noticed, since he kept away from people mostly, but Mikami had looked even more dead inside than he usually does. By now he recovered a bit. Physically.
Mentally there wasn't much to recover, since Mikami didn't acknownledge that there was anything wrong with him. As long as he could function, there wasn't a problem. There wasn't much of an 'I' in Mikami's world of selfless devotion. And so he always kept everything buried inside. A psychologist would probably have a lot to say on that matter.]

[But while he ignores his mental problems, at least Teru is vaguely taking care of his physical health. He knows that sun is important, so he went out to take a walk at the beach. With his dislike for holidays he should've known it wasn't a good idea.
He should've been sure of that as he saw the overdimensional pink bunny, which stared at him. Mikami stared back, startled. And that was when the bunny came over and bit him. Just like that. Mikami stumbled back in surprise, staring down at his bloody arm and the not-so-harmless thing running away.
It was time to make a warning post. With quite a lot of pain he pulled out the blackberry and posted a message]

There is an oversized pink bunny at the beach.
Please don't approach it, it's dangerous and bites. Don't undererstimate the bites, just because the creature looks like a pet. In fact it's teeth are extremely sharp and it could very well tear out some of your flesh.

[And here Mikami is now, holding his bleeding arm and walking back to the hotel. He could use some bandages]

It appears a bit more logical when you consider that the Author most likely is a schoolgirl.

Didn't know bunnies could be that much of a problem. Guess I learned somethin' today.

I haven't noticed anything else that is abnormal, but that doesn't have to mean anything.

Wonder what that Author's got in mind for us this time.

Telling from the start of this week, it can't be anything good.

It appears the bunny has bite. Big sis likes that.

I can't share the delight about carnivorous bunnies.

Big sister can easily dispose of it. After all it may have bite, but a rabbit is still a pest.

An over-sized pink bunny... alright, I'll try to restrain myself from petting it.

I haven't seen any, but that doesn't mean there are none. The possibility exists.

Of course. Hopefully for you that creature wasn't poisonous.

That is indeed a concern, but I don't picture it to be very likely.

[Mikami gives the camera his best serious lineface. He doesn't even look annoyed, if anything just a bit exhausted from dealing with stupidity.]

[it doesn't take long for the little Namekian to fly over to the hotel. He spots the man and descend to the ground, like flying is the most NORMAL THING IN THE WORLD.]

[Mikami has to take a deep breath upon seeing this. First: ... this... person... is green. And second... ~~it's~~ he's flying. But it's not like Mikami hadn't seen weirder things during his stay here. He closes his eyes very briefly to adjust to the sight and then nods seriously]

Yes. Thank you for coming so fast.

[He pulls what's left of his sleeve up to reveal the bloody wound]

oooh... that looks like it hurt.... but don't worry I'll make it all better!

[Dende put on his business face and held his hands out over the injury. It doesn't take long before there is a faint glow and a little tingling-like noise and the injury disappears.]

[Dende gives a little poke at torn sleeve as well, using materialization to fix it. and then he raises his hands in the air like it's a PARTY!]

Ta-da! Now you're all BETTER!

[That was... amazing, to say the least. Mikami stares at his now-perfectly-fine arm for a moment. A moment ago he had been inured and now he... wasn't. It was a confusing feeling. So unnatural. It was not like Mikami wished for the injury to be back, but this... He had to stop thinking about and just pretend it was usual. Pretending was a great part of what he did lately.
The man offers a very small smile]

[The little Namekian giggles and a BIG smile spreads across his face! He got PRAISED!]
