Sabaku no Temari | 01 | [In Person]
[Standing from the bed, she looked around with no small amount of disdain on her features. Pink walls with flower decals that looked like they were sprouting from the green carpeted floor, whoever decorated this room wasn't very creative.
This looked like a child’s room, the toys in the corner attesting to the fact that a young girl lived here, the bed didn’t match it though. The bed was clearly an adult’s bed, far larger than any young child would need. Sighing softly, she picked up the device from the bed, sticking the purple communicating device in her sash. She couldn’t wait here all day, she needed to either find her brothers or scout the location and work out an escape plan. Grabbing her fan from the bed, she held the large weapon in her hand, silently preparing herself for anything she’d encounter.
Setting her hand on the door knob, she slowly opened the door, peeking out once it was open a little further than an inch. Not seeing anything, she finished opening the door, her eyes drawn to the plaque…that was her name…Looking back at the room, she shuddered as she realized it was decorated for her.]
Just who do these people think they’re dealing with?
[They were obviously stupid, the ridiculous decorations proof enough of that. She was a trained killer, not a four year old.
Shaking her head, she checked for trip wires. Seeing nothing, she stepped out in the hall, walking softly as she looked for a door to the outside…knowing her brothers, that would be the first place they'd go if he woke up here like her…]

I don't suppose anyone has explained what's going on to you yet, have they... Miss?
In Person
Sighing softly in agitation, she lets the butt of the fan hit the ground, her hand resting on the top, ready to attack at the slightest inclination. This was as unarmed as she'd let herself get, something about this place just set her on edge.]
Does it look like they have? Explain the situation.
[Her tone was perhaps a bit harsher than she intended, the stress getting to her more than she would have liked. She needed to get out of here and find her teammates. Until that was accomplished, she would be hesitant to relax.]
In Person
You've been brought here to the Manor by someone we call the Author. The details of how she's able to do this haven't been elucidated as of yet, but there's no way of escaping this place. I'd suggest you relax and acclimate.
In Person
[Her arrogance would be her downfall some day, but not today. No, for today, she'd prove him wrong. She couldn't feel any chakra coming from him, he was just a civilian, no wonder he hadn't been able to find an escape yet.
Still, perhaps he could prove to be of some help. Just because he was a civilian didn't mean he might not know what the strange thing on her pillow was. Reaching into her sash, she pulled out the blackberry, holding it out to the boy.]
This rock was on the pillow when I woke up.
[Offering no other explanation, she looked at him expectantly, waiting for his explanation.]
In Person
That may be so, but I'm not the only one trapped here. Nobody has been able to escape. [And you won't either.]
Rock? [He raises an eyebrow, then laughs good-naturedly. Aaaah, acceptable patronizing displays.] That's a phone. ...I suppose they don't have those where you're from? They're rather convenient. Easy to use too. It shouldn't be a problem for someone as [apparently] bright as you to learn how they work.
In Person
[It wasn't meant to be an insult, just fact. He was a civilian...he was weak. How could anyone expect him to understand how to escape containment?
Frowning as he didn't take it from her, she moved closer. This wasn't a phone. They weren't portable like this...he was making fun of her, that had to be it.]
If it's so easy, then show me how it works~
[Grinning, she waited for him to fail.]

Ha, ha. Maybe so. I'm certainly not one of the more powerful people here. [ At least not in that sense. Light's abilities stem from the mind. ] But if you think you can succeed where others have failed... [ He trails off here, looking somewhat reluctant to continue. ]
Ah, but first the phone, right? [ He finally takes the phone out of Temari's hand, and dials a number--his. Within a few seconds, the phone in his pocket rings, and Light coolly turns off the sound, and answers. ]
That wasn't so complicated, was it?
ugh...not happy with this tag, but whatev.
By bringing me here, this 'Author' has challenged me to escape, something I'll do easily. [He didn't look like much, no wonder he hadn't been able to escape.] I don't back down from a challenge, this place will be no different.
[As he takes the phone, she watches him carefully. So...hitting the numbers dialed people. Easy enough concept, she'd just have to remember what he did and make sure to copy it. Later, she'd try some other number combinations, see what happened.
Snatching her phone back from his hand, she shoved it into her belt, hiding the device from view.]
I could have figured that much out. [It would have just...took her a while.]
it's perfectly lovely~
Of course.
[ He offers a pleasant enough smile.]
Well, in that case, your best bet at escaping will be to break through the Fourth Wall. No-one has been able to break it down as of yet, but perhaps you'll be the Arthur to our Excalibur, so to speak. [ He points toward the exit. ] Straight through that way. Best of luck to you, Temari-san.
Baw~
[She'd find it without his help, he'd just gloat about it like when he showed her how to use the 'phone'. That was the kind of help she could live without...it would already be hard enough to keep Gaara out of trouble.]
I would say thank you, but you have proved to be more of an annoyance than an actual help. Consider yourself lucky that I'm in a good mood.
[Pushing past him with her 'good mood', she didn't care that she was coming off as rude. They obviously weren't in Suna or another village, she wasn't a reflection of the Kazekage here.]
<3
Don't say I didn't warn you.

Gather stuff.
Make stuff with it. See if it's useful. Give it to Near if it is, as he's already trapped the hell out of his own room- if he's got to do something he may as well be doing it for someone else now.
He does stop and stare for a moment. The way she speaks strikes him as odd and he's not unaccustomed now to hearing 'powerful' people talk this way. He could really again care less but it brings him to pause.
Pause because she's in his god damn way. Easily rectified by brushing against her shoulder, unaltered in his course.]]
Excuse me.
[[Be glad he was polite and didn't shove you out of said way.]]
no subject
As he paused in front of her, she couldn't help a cocky grin from crossing her features. Oh, hell no. He couldn't want by...that would just be rude. Making a lady move first? This must be amended.
Backing up a foot or so, she positioned her closed fan to where it took up more room in the hallway, making passing by without her permission next to impossible.]
You're excused.
Now move, you're in my way~.
[Yes Hiiro, it would please her greatly if you set down your hard earned scraps and got out of her way.]
These two are like, never gonna get along.
I am in no mood for confrontation.
Please remove your accessory from my general route.
Maybe they will...eventually...possibly...
Who's confronting?
If you were a man, you'd move out of my way first. Guess that's why you're just a little boy, hmm?
Probably not ROFL. Well, no clue but still LOL
Your attitude won't sway me just based on your sexism.
[[Aka.
Thick skin bitch. *Sunglasses*]]
XDD She'll enjoy trolling him.
I'm just asking you to move~ What's so hard about that? You should be nicer to strangers~.
[Yeah, like she's really one to talk. The girl had a tendency to start things for no other reason than being bored. things here will be no different.]

Then he came walking towards Temari, a sweet smile on his lips, and opened his own fan]
I have to admitt, though the size is startling, your fan is kind of beautiful.
no subject
Of course it is~ All dangerous things are beautiful, surely you're smart enough to realize that.
no subject
I haven't seen fans used as a weapons yet, but the idea is absolutly intriguing. [Surely it'd give fighting finally some elegance]
no subject
It's not a common talent, it's no wonder you haven't seen it. [It gave destruction elegance and was a scary talent to have.]
no subject
[Because you can shush people with them. He does it all the time. It's extremely effective.]
Sorry, birthday celebrations and such
Yes, they do.
Out of curiosity, what do you use yours for? It seems a bit weak to be used for much.
It's fine~
I use it to accompany my magic.
Re: It's fine~
Magic?

But I'm more specialized in fortune-telling.
no subject
Fortunes are for fools. Just something to pass the time and to help them feel better about where their life is heading.

Seeing into the future is a rare ability.

For myself, I do have said gift.

You're not tricking me, deal with it.

Don't presume being able to judge all the universes out there.

[Sorry Ryuutaro, she's stubborn as hell.]

Once you live here for a bit, you will understand.

[...if she ever found that elusive exit anyway.]

OW (TO THE EXTREME)!!! ...THAT EXTREMELY BIG FAN IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FIRE HAZARD!!! YOU!! BEHIND THE FAN!!! GET IT OUT OF THE HALLWAY!!!!!
no subject
How about this. Help me find an exit or get out of my way, you're wasting my time.
[She's just so tired of everything that's going on.]
no subject
very fewbrain cells with her extremely big fan!!]YOU MUST BE NEW AROUND HERE!! I'M SASAGAWA RYOHEI, LEADER OF THE NAMIMORI BOXING CLUB, LION PUNCHINIST, AND EXTREME ASPECT OF BOXING!!! [He extends his hand for a handshake.] WHAT'S YOUR NAME??!!
no subject
I'm not going to be here long. As soon as I make sure my teammates aren't here, I'm going home. [She was very confident in this. Merely looking at the hand, she doesn't offer to take it.] ...Temari.
no subject
THE EXIT IS RIGHT OVER THERE!!! GOOD LUCK WITH FINDING YOUR TEAMMATES!!!!
no subject
Looking over in the general direction, she gives him a small nod as she pushes past him.]
Your cooperation is appreciated. [Even though he was so tempted to gut forever refer to him as 'loud idiot']
