001 - Naomi Misora - [Accidental Audio]
Cannot believe this.
[The woman's voice is harsh. Who ever this is, she clearly sounds annoyed not to mention exasperated. It has been a long day.]
What?
[There's a scraping noise as the recording device gets lifted from the bed. Naomi has finally discovered the blackberry and is now examining it. So, this really had been a kidnapping attempt after all, and she's not alone. As Misora scrolls through the contact list, she suddenly realizes that she's being recorded.
There's a loud THUD as she drops the device on the ground as though it had been coated with a layer of acid.
Naomi scowls at it, feeling absurd as if someone had just pulled a juvenile prank on her. None of this made any sense. Why would someone abduct her and leave her alone in a room, unrestrained and still armed? Why would they even take the time to decorate that room in the likeness of the one she had back home? A stalker or voyeur of some sort? She had to choke back some vomit at the thought. More importantly, why this device? It had come preloaded with numbers, possibly other victims'. Perhaps it belonged to the kidnappers themselves. Regardless, clearly who ever sent her here had intended for her to use it to contact those others (it's unlikely that kidnappers so detail-oriented about making this room look exactly like her own would be careless enough to mistakenly leave a phone in plain sight), but that made all the less sense.
How irritating it is to play into someone else's hands, but what else is there to do? Naomi picks the device back up and clears her throat.]
Hello. Is anyone getting this?
[She deliberates for a moment but finally decides to say no more. She already feels silly enough as it is.]

[If a few months was considered "not so long," then Misora really didn't want to know how long "long" would be. Ugh. She had rather not be here for even longer than a day.]
So, uhh, I guess you know this place pretty well by now then. What is there to do around here?
[As a hostage, that felt completely absurd to even ask, but Misora stifles her pride for the time being.]
Oh, I never introduced myself. Naomi Misora. And you, sir?
Voice
I am....BURTER!
[Wait for it, wait for it....
Hm. Wait a minute, there's no video on his end! Of course Misora can't truly appreciate his introduction! Let's try this again.]
Video
BURTER! Of the GINYU FORCE!

[Not really, because you look ... you look ... dude, you're not human.
She figures, though, that after hearing enough stories about this place, she should probably not be acting surprised at this. Naomi tries to remain calm and respectful.]
I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with this Ginyu Force.
Video
[How can this be? He's somewhat used to this by now, but still.]
I guess you must come from a different world.

So um [Well, she figures she'll give it a shot.], does the term zombies mean anything to you?
[The obnoxious guy had mentioned it earlier, and although Misora couldn't bring herself to take any of that seriously, there was an itch in the back of her mind pestering her to double check the information anyway. Not that she's ready to believe this guy either. At least he seemed slightly more sane. Slighty, anyway.]
