I'm not sure. Knowing aerodynamics and how a real hawk flies, and seeing as how I'm lacking a tail and not sure about hollow bones or air sacs, I'm a little hesitant to try; hitting the ground hurt enough when I decided to risk it in a dragon's body that was missing part of the tail.
