[Anyone passing by the kitchen will notice either a sickeningly sweet smell or something that will make their mouths water...it all really depends on how you feel about pie. That's right. Pie. Mary had meant to do this after horror month, but Oktoberfest and being weird little monsters put a stop to that. You couldn't exactly cook when you were a foot tall. Everyone deserved something nice though, especially after the hell that they had all been through.

Walking into the kitchen, the source of the scent is apparent soon enough. There are already a few pies set on the counter of various flavors. It looked like she'd been cooking for a few hours and she likely had. It was all worth it though.

Hearing a soft ding, she grabbed a set of mitts and pulled a fresh apple pie from the hot oven.]

...I can't believe how much I missed this...

[Cooking breakfast was one thing...but there was just something about baking that relaxed her.]

[Hearing that, she felt a swell of joy. It never failed to please her that Dean said good things about her.

She could feel that something was off, however; having never encountered a telepath, she wasn't able to pinpoint what exactly it was.]

[That didn't satisfy her curiosity. The boys always kept certain things from her...at least they were letting someone help them though.] Thank you. They won't let me help them...but if there's anything I can do to thank you more properly, don't hesitate to ask.

No thanks are necessary, ma'am. I was glad to do it. Although, a piece of pie will always be welcome.

[Laughing softly, she grabbed a small plate and moved to cut the peach pie.]

I can't help but feel that no amount of pie will ever be enough.

[Setting the pie on the table, she grinned slightly at Charles.] I should know the name of the person that's helped my boys so much.
