[ Unaware that it's one of the last nights in New York, Dave can be found around the city throughout most of the day. He's doing some more Christmas shopping, bundled up against the cold because he is most assuredly a desert wuss and is only out because he wants to find some more things for his friends. Really, he's thankful that he didn't get a sparkly note from the Author giving him a Secret Santa, because like hell he'd know what to get them.

So he's drifting from store to store, ambling around amongst all the decorations, Christmas lights reflected off his aviators as he goes along. Occasionally he'll stop, peering into a window, or pulling his camera out to snap a picture if something strikes him. ]

No thanks, had some bad experiences with Santas. Did I ever tell you Bro was a mall Santa, one Christmas? Shit was ironic, but ho damn. [ And he pauses a moment, snorting. ] Pissed off one earlier this week, though. He and Vantas would have the best screaming matches.

I'm pretty sure he actually stole the real mall Santa's outfit after getting in a fight with him. He was a pretty miserable Santa, traumatizing kids and everything. It was only divine retribution that lead me to pissing him off, I promise. [ Either way, Dave just carries on. ]
