[Out on the porch is stood a certain moody looking doctor.Only, he's not really in a bad mood per se - he's just thinking, daydreaming. He doesn't pay too much mind to this time of year; of course Pinoco did, but he was always happy to let it pass by without much fuss.]

Knocking on the wall on her way to the porch, she wanted to make herself known before stepping closer.]

[He turns when he hears the knocking, offering a polite smile and a nod in greeting, before answering her question]

[She'd managed to significantly calm down since she arrived...it was strange, but the manor seemed more peaceful than her own home.]

I miss my daughter...and at time, I miss my husband; but, it's not like I'm completely without family here.

[Her babies gave her something to get up for and actually take care of herself. She couldn't let her depression take her, not now.]

I have complete faith that I'll return home some day.

My husband will get over it, I'm sure. [Hell, he probably thought she ran off and abandoned them...the one she was really concerned about was her daughter.]

[Of course, Pinoco would naturally break the silence, but with all the pretty winter snow out and the peacefulness of the season, she instead tentatively walks up to the doctor's side.]

[He looks down at Pinoco, grateful that she isn't as hyper as she normally is - he was enjoying the peace and quiet, so when she approaches, he offers a small smile]

What'sh wong, shenshei? [Pinoco looked up at the doctor with a look of concern. Not that it wasn't unusual for him to be this quiet, but usually when he was staring out somewhere, it meant he was thinking.]

[Typically 'peace and quiet' wasn't Pinoco's idea of a good time. But as far as the doctor was concerned, they could watch paint dry and she'd be on Cloud Nine~!]

Mmh! [She gave an earnest grin and nodded enthusiastically.]

[Rather than sitting on the other chair, Pinoco instead climbs up on the chair Black Jack is sitting in, and plants herself on one of the arm rests, her legs dangling off the side.]
