[ Upon arrival, Tsuna is messing with the blackberry, trying to figure out exact how to call someone. However, he's not even sure he can get how to use it, so he slides it into his pocket, accidentally turning on the voice. Frowning, he gets up and looks around the room, wondering why he ended up here and not at home, like he was supposed to. Opening the window, he has the unfortunate view of a tyrannosaurus rex, breathing on the closed window. There is a long quite moment as Tsuna processes what he's seeing, lands on his bottom and flees by sliding himself out of the room. Of course, this isn't without noise, because almost the entire manner could probably hear the scream: ]
HIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEE!
[ Hitting his head on something in his backtracking out of the room, Tsuna proceeds to hold his head and repeatedly say "ow" as he promptly started to freak out because there was a dinosaur at his window]

[And from the looks of things, he had yet to notice Reborn perched on top of the hotel room's wardrobe. It was a very nice room - the place must've been a very expensive resort.]
Most large predators have good hearing; it's lucky that one is too big to get in the room.
[That one.]

[This does, at least, make it blatantly obvious that for whatever reason, Tsuna has no idea what's going on or where he is. Hasn't been here yet? This Tsuna? Worth figuring out, but not the immediate problem.]
And no-one's found a way out of this world yet, to my knowledge; there's supposedly a girl known as 'The Author' responsible for this, and for now, it seems that we're in Jurassic Park.
[How's your pop culture references, Tsuna? He's giving you some processing time, which is a mercy, even if he's being ... well, Reborn about it.]
no subject
You mean Jurassic Park like that weird American movie about dinosaurs?
Sobs. Asked Dubs for permission on this one.
Including smaller ones, that weren't far from the hotel when the fences went down... [And by smaller, he means smaller than the T-Rex outside. Ergo small enough to get indoors.]
Staying here likely wouldn't work - but there are a few of the others here; Chrome, Gokudera, his boyfriend...[He's counting off on his fingers.]
Lambo was here but seems to have been sent home.
[And Mukuro can take care of himself.]
no subject
Chrome's here?! [ on the plus side, he doesn't say Kyoko and the others. That must mean they went home. That was a good thing, at least. ]
Wait...Gokudera-kun has a boyfriend?
[ Not that he judges Gokudera in that way, it just comes as a surprise. Not that Tsuna finds it all that surprising when he thinks of all the women in gokudera's life........]
no subject
I saw her before the fences went down; she's likely still in this building. [Wait until you start getting into the weird timeline tangles...At least Chrome's illusions put her on the lower end of the risk scale; after all, she IS good at "disappearing".]
Gokudera's been here longer than I have, as has Ryuutaro; he's a clever boy, and has been very good for Gokudera. [Yesss he's still discussing things as if it's perfectly normal and Tsuna hasn't spazzed; and yes, Reborn's decided he approves.]

BOSS?!
[And shouting to apparently because, oh god last few weeks have sucked so hard and boss is here and that automatically makes shitty life so much less shitty and THERE HE IS!]
Tenth! You're back!
[And that is a big happy smile completely disregarding the giant reptile outside the nearby window.]
no subject
G-Gokudera-kun, you're here too?!
no subject
Yup, still stuck here. [He casually looks out the window at the giant hulking lizard loitering outside of it, and looks completely unfazed by it. He got to spazz about it last year. It's old hat now.] We should probably get outta here boss. I was gettin' ready to hotwire one of the jeeps so we can get to the docks. Author did this plot already. Made it out mostly fine last year.
[sans a few abrupt stops where his face met the windshield a bit too fast because he was too manly for a seat-belt.]
no subject
W-Will we be able to get to the docks or wherever?
no subject
Of course boss! I can just hotwire a jeep again and drive us there! It'll be easy!
[Because there is not illegal about that at all! And just look at how sure he is of this masterful plan.
Because when has such blatant over confidence ever ended poorly?]

[and look at the sudden shift in mood... still, he won't go against his bosses orders!]
But I'm sure we could take her if we want to!
no subject
[ but he still looks a little worried about her ]
She'd want to stay with Mukuro, even if she could come with us.
no subject
Yeah, he was here before you disappeared... U-uh... boss... do you remember the last time you were here?

no subject
And Gokudera just kind of lit up a bit...]
Well I guess that makes sense then! When you were here before you were from after that!
[And then it dawns on him that if that's the case then this probably isn't making any sense at all to his boss.]
You... uh.. probably want to know where we are then huh?

Well, We're in a place called the 'Manor'. It's some sort of strange dimension that can pull people from other worlds and times, and it's under the control of someone the previous people here have dubbed the 'Author'. They seem to think she's some teenage girl that discovered this power by accident. Every week or two she comes up with a new 'plot'. This week we're in Jurassic Park, y'know like that American movie? Usually we're actually at a big manor though.
[He let out a little huff]
I've got a whole bunch of notes I've recorded since I got there that I can show you when we get back! I've come up with several theories about how this place might work! Personally I believe that this is some sort of extraterrestrial abduction! To study how people work! I've met a whole bunch of UMAs since I got here, and think that they have to be too advanced for just some girl to understand!

Y-yeah... I've been here a while. Tried a whole bunch of shit and I haven't been able to get out.

[ he looks nervous and worried though ]
[voice]
And that scream didn't sound very good either.
He really needed to check on both things.]
Are you alright?
[voice]
Y..Yeah...Where am I?
[voice]
[Ooh, sweet irony. And then with a hint of unsureness and something else that couldn't quite be defined:]
... Tsunayoshi Sawada?
[voice]
H-How do you know my name??
[voice]
This might sound a tad odd to you, but we met before. I'll take the time to introduce myself then, I am Ryuutaro Fukami.
Don't pay it too much mind that I know you, it's a thing that appears to be common in this place.
[voice]
[voice]
[Ahahahaha not at all. But it's not like Tsuna needs to know. Ryuutaro is just a friendly guy passing by after all]
Like I said, such things are usual to this place. People disappear and reappear with no recollection of their first stay at this place.
This shouldn't worry you, really. We did not have any conversation so memorable that you should know about it.
Re: [voice]
Where...am I, by the way?
[voice]
I have the pleasure of welcoming you into the Manor. A house that defies the rules of time and space. A being called 'the Author' collects people from different worlds and dimensions for her entertainment here.
I might suggest you get rid of every thought of impossibility at this point, because those will be turned upside down either way.
