Very slowly and carefully just places the device back where he found it. He was not sure what the little device was, but he was sure that he PROBABLY shouldn't be touching it. The priest wandered out into the hall, and for anyone who may remember a certain Sasagawa Ryohei... well... the shouting will be very nostalgic.]

Ah, former boxer... I have taken a vow of pacifism, I haven't raised my fists in years.

[Technically it was the truth, he HADN'T raised his fists in years because he COULDN'T. He only raised them once since his vows as well.]

I am rather good at mending injuries though... if that helps for... um... what sort of place is this again?

I see...that's a shame, but your medical knowledge will come in handy as well. As far as I know, we only have one real doctor here.

As for what kind of place it is...it's um...well, it's kind of hard to explain. We seem to be in a dimension other than our own.

[Well good luck there Mary, as he simply paused in the doorway. Sure, he had seen more of the modern electric conveniences than many his time, thanks to his upbringing in a big city... but even that couldn't prepare him for... this.

He was able to recignize the stove, and what he guess was some sort of up-right icebox? But beyond that, he was rather speechless.

[Setting a tea kettle on the stove, she turned on the burner, fully aware that he was probably staring dumbfounded at all of the kitchen goodies.

Turning back to him, she smiled at his expression...the poor guy.]

[Sitting in a chair at the table, she beckoned him closer.]

Perhaps we should start with what questions you may have.

[Well at least the table and chairs were familiar. Knuckle complies, still eyeing the odd contraptions as he sat down.]

Questions? [He chuckled a little awkwardly] Well, there are so many, I'm not quite sure where to start!

[Translation: He forgot what he wanted to ask.]

Okay...for starters. You'll probably see some people you know here.

But, they may be different. For example, I'm twenty nine...I was able to meet my grown children here.

Oh! Well that certainly would make sense... Have you seen anyone... ah... well they're a peculiar group. There's Giotto, a rather short fellow, blonde hair that is quite scattered about and tussled, then there's G, you could spot him a mile away, bright red hair and a distinctive tattoo on his face. Lampo, well he would have made his presence known, he's a lord and I'm afraid it's made him favor extravagance a tad too much. He's a good boy though. There's Alaude, another blonde but his hair is more well kept, he's a very seclusive person and mostly keeps to himself, and there's Spade, he's also of noble lineage, he's got a... well a very peculiar way he parts his hair, and there's a tuft towards the back.

Have you seen any of them?

[Thinking about the descriptions, she took a moment to ponder them...before finally shaking her head.]

I'm sorry, but no. It doesn't mean they won't show up later though.

[He gave a little nod, slightly disheartened at the news, but not overly much. Despite wishing to be able to see his good friends again, he was a bit worried how they would react given the circumstance of his death.]

I think this would be a good place to start... I don't think I have ever seen anything in here aside from the icebox and perhaps the stove? though both look different than I remember.

[And he is assuming the 'ice-box' has a big block of ice in it and the stove uses wood.]

Things are easier to use now. Most everything runs on gas or electricity now.
