[Mary's clearing her throat for a moment, not sure if she really wants to ask this with the variety of people that they've acquired. It has to be done though, especially if this year is going to be anything like last year.]

I was just wondering if anyone would mind helping me in the gym...and by that, I mean getting me back in the shape I was in during my younger years.

[Her? Out of shape? Not that he'd been looking or leering or anything but his newest 'buddy' was pretty goddamn fit. Then again he /is/ the very meaning of lazy-ass-only-run-like-hell-when-necessary.]

An by that ya mean those 80's workout videos with the ladies in spandex an blindin' ass neon leg warmers, smilin' along creepily? As much as I'd like to see you in spandex why don't we just stick to Rocky trainin' montages set to music.

The real question is...are sweat suits or spandex required?

[He spends the rest of the day worrying about it. What if she pushes herself too hard? What happens if he pushes her too hard - he can get pretty damned competetive, and he knows it. And lots of other thoughts bouncing around.

And yet... he still turns up a little before eight, in sweats and a vest t-shirt to get real comfy for this. He's decided to go more for an endurance test than a straight-up 'I can do this more than you' game. He's not sure just how much of how well-built he is. but... he doesn't have to try and lie about where he got all the well-built from. So that's why the comfy vest shirt. He's also guessing you've seen the handprint scar on his arm, so he's not worrying too much about that. But for all what he eats and how much of it he eats, there's pretty much no fat, all hard muscle and dangerous lines.]
