✪ petal one [accidental video]
[Have a Lily Evans, seated on the edge of her bed, staring blankly at the wall. Her mouth opens and closes every so often, as if she's talking to herself, but there's no sound. Perhaps she's just whispering, or not talking at all. Regardless, she's noticeably confused, and who could blame her? She doesn't know where she is, or why she's here-- the last thing she remembers is drinking a glass of pumpkin juice at breakfast and heading off to Charms. But she doesn't remember getting to Charms, and that's what's terrifying. Was she kidnapped? Drugged? Is this just one long, vivid, hallucination-slash-dream that she can't shake herself out of?]
I wish I could wake up.
[She rubs her arm absent-mindedly before turning to pull her (surprisingly heavy) knapsack onto her lap. Outfitted with an expansion charm, it's got more than she remembered tucked inside. Lily pulls out a worn-looking scarlet jumper and tucks it to her chest. Nope, you can't know what it says... at least not yet.]

[He gestures around him]
I'd be giddy and gladly take credit for it. I don't think it'd be some kind of magic pill though. Maybe a Port Key of some kind, a Port Key that takes you somewhere that isn't in our world. Anyway, I didn't come up with this or take you here.

But where are we? I'm saying we because I'm assuming you're here too, though I don't even know where "here" is or where you are in comparison to me or... anything.
[softly] I wonder if anyone at Hogwarts misses us.

[at this last part he looks solemn, his face falling]
You tell me. I've been here for months.

I almost wish this was your fault.. just so that I'd know it'd eventually be over.

[James looks a little crestfallen]
Where are you? I'll come join you in a second.

I'm.. not sure. A room? A bedroom. I think it's supposed to be mine? [Lily would really like some company, actually.]
[Video] ---> [In Person]
[the video goes off but within 30 seconds there's a knock on the door. That was easier than he thought it would be.]

...and find me you did. Do you want to come in?

My room's right next door it turns out, must be fate.
[But there's something sort of sheepish about the grin he gives her.]

I.. of course you are, Potter. That would only make sense. Um. [She looks at the room, which conspicuously lacks an armchair for her to read in (she'll have to let that go for now, as she doesn't even have many books) and the only space to sit is the bed. Or the floor, but Lily's not quite that mean.] So how long have you been here for?
no subject
Oh bloody Hell... since, I dunno.
[He pulls out his Blackberry which displays the date but not the year. September 12 flashes back at him]
Since June by this things mark, so twelve or thirteen weeks. I stopped counting after a while.
But you saw me this morning, right?

That long... of course I saw you, you had been joking with.. [She swallows, shaking her head. She doesn't want to cry.] With Black about something stupid, and Remus had been trying to talk you out of it. And you told me you'd save me a seat in Charms, and... and I never even made it to Charms.

We'll get through this. I promise.

Do you think we'll ever get home?
