[Accidental Video/In Person] [Vincent]
[The video broadcast is short - he's awake but hasn't quite moved yet. He's dressed for a formal event - long black dress-coat, lace ruffle at the neck, hair tied back... but there's blood all over his clothes and a few flecks in his hair, although he's made some token effort to clean off his face. He's tense and cautious when he does sit up, looking around the room.]
Echo?
...Oz? Elliot?
[His expression goes flat, and he's on his feet and headed out of the room in a hurry, the door slamming shut behind him - he hasn't even noticed the blackberry, which shuts off after a minute.]
[He doesn't have any weapons out openly, but it's not that hard to tell that he's ... tense. And not happy.]
[network replies will be a bit late/after he gets back to his room...]

[in person]
He doesn't really want to meet anyone that agitated and covered in blood.]
[in person]
[There's a boot toe blocking the door from shutting. It's perfectly possible you're a bystander... but you'd still be a bystander with a clue what's going on.]
Beg pardon.
[In Person]
[He's sort of... backpedaling into his room.]
What do you need?
[In Person]
Just a few questions, if you don't mind. There's something very much not right going on, and I'd like to know just what it is.
[In Person]
[Erm.] I'll tell you what I know? But I'm not entirely sure you'd believe it. I'm not sure I believe it, half the time.
[In Person]
[In Person]
[You're making him nervous but not setting off the bracelet.]
We're in a bad author's story. I wish I were kidding.
[In Person]
Care to elaborate?
[In person]
We all got dragged into a teenage fangirl's godawful story, because it appears she can't write convincing 'characters' of her own. If we get sent to another place you'll see them- there are very, very creepy 'people' that pass for what she can write for characters. [He's shuddering.]
[In person]
Where is 'here', then? And how did this girl manage to ensnare us?
[In person]
[In person]
[In person]
[In person]
[In Person]
Same, I suspect, as you.
[In Person]
Since you've been here longer, I'd hope you'd know a little more about the nature of this place.
[In Person]
...Oh, and the author herself has never decided to talk to anyone here directly; she talks to us through a chain-smoking bunny.
[In Person] Asterisks for setting-off-the-bracelet. :|
*A rabbit? That's... bizarre. [He's giving you a disbelieving look.]* I assume there's something preventing escape during the 'field trips'? [He really hopes, or else he's going to conclude you're all utter morons.]
[In Person]
I don't know if anyone else tried because I didn't bother asking.
[In Person]
[In Person]
[In Person]
[In Person]
[In Person]
I am very sorry, but you're about to be trolled.] Don't worry, none of it's mine.[In person]
I'd figured that out. You're not hurt. [He still doesn't like it, and it shows.]
[In person]
[You know, a bit of a lapse towards playfully airheaded and an almost girlish wave-off probably end up all the more wrong with the incongruity of the image.] Ah, you don't have to look at me like that~... I was with an *innocent*, defenseless young lady, and we were attacked... it was *purely in defense*.
[In person]
[He's getting that Terrier Look.] You'd get that much blood on you just by defending yourself and another person?
[In person]
Re: [In person]
[...he looks horrified and nauseous.]
Y-yeah. [You still tripped the bracelet, when you were talking about defending yourself... but not here...]
[the fuck?]
[In person]
[In person]
[......yeeeeah curse you rooms being a floor or two up.]
[In person]
[In person]
[...he is so not a fighter oh god.]
Especially because you'd be wrong?
[In person]
I believe that I missed your name in all of this, sir-?
[In person]
[In person]
[In person]
[In person]
I shall be seeing you, then, sir Justice. [And he'll make his exit.]
[In Person]
Vincent?
[In Person]
Oz?
[He'll be heading to be ... over in the area you're in - whatever he might think, you're an improvement over "unfamiliar place at a time like this."]
I seem to have missed something. What just happened?
[In Person]
If you mean this place, it's something to do with someone called the author. I've been here for a few months now, although I did manage to get out once.
Have you seen Alice or Gilbert here? Did they come with you?
[In person]
[In person]
I can't really explain how I've been here for months, I just have.
Has anyone explained this place to you yet?
[In person]
[Vincent isn't entirely thrilled either - Gil
and Adaback in that, while he's here, alone, with Oz? Of course he's not going to let that show himself.]Not very well, no...
[In person]
Well I guess I can answer any questions.
[In person]
Is there any good clue who's behind this? Or where this "Manor" is? [Whatever you might know about Vincent and where he's been in the past, you at least share a frame of reference and have apparently had time to get an idea of this place.]
