[The video broadcast is short - he's awake but hasn't quite moved yet. He's dressed for a formal event - long black dress-coat, lace ruffle at the neck, hair tied back... but there's blood all over his clothes and a few flecks in his hair, although he's made some token effort to clean off his face. He's tense and cautious when he does sit up, looking around the room.]

...Oz? Elliot?

[His expression goes flat, and he's on his feet and headed out of the room in a hurry, the door slamming shut behind him - he hasn't even noticed the blackberry, which shuts off after a minute.]

[He doesn't have any weapons out openly, but it's not that hard to tell that he's ... tense. And not happy.]

[network replies will be a bit late/after he gets back to his room...]

[He hasn't entirely lapsed out of the "slightly too cheerful", although there is a slight tinge of nervous-energy to it.] Well, most of it, yes. The scale of the problem was rather larger... fighting a cult attempting a ritual massacre tends to be - messy.

I do apologize for the fright - I'm sure you could understand why I would be a little tense, coming from that... [And there's a moment where there's a look that's a little slip of something else in the friendly, polite smile.] Of course, you don't seem to be aligned with them...

I don't even know who the hell "they" are! Other than people trying to do something that-- [Urp. He's turning white.]

[He's back to the slightly chirpy smile.] That's good. I'd hate to think my presence here was due to some trick of theirs; this coat is probably already ruined enough.

[He's still blocking the door, with his hands folded behind his back.] A very fortunate thing. [For you.]

Vincent Nightray. [He bows, formally, with a flourish.] I suppose I should leave you to what you were doing, and return to getting my bearings, then?

That's probably a good idea. [He's... not going to bow.]

[He does note that, without any outward shift in his expression - even for "different time", it's still a bit of a slight.]

I shall be seeing you, then, sir Justice. [And he'll make his exit.]
