{Third Case, Third Observation} A storm is coming.

[Ichabod is wearing his magnifying goggles and has spotted a storm off in the distance. He is now out and running to find as many people as he can to gather what then need to bring before the storm hits the tiny island.]

Everyone, I need to have your attention. There is a storm coming and it may be here during the night. I suggest that we gather what we need and find shelter at the volcano.

[He knows that sounds like a very poor set of odds but it was certainly better than being washed away or blown away when the storm hits during their sleep.]

[Looking over his shoulder toward the volcano, he shrugs.]

It is worth an effort though I have not entirely explored it myself. Most volcanoes would have vents and some vents close off over time. I suspect that the one in the center of the island is no different. I am no geologist, but I do read.

[He hopes that's what he can find at least.]

Hmm. I guess it's worth a shot. Do we know if there's any kind of dangerous wildlife in the jungle? I've been sticking to the beach myself.

[He has a feeling this is a dead end on the convincing part. He's encountered road blocks like this before.]
