20 Star Ball || Dende || [video/in person]

[The feed starts with a little Namekian in the kitchen, sipping a glass of water. Those who remember him from his first arrival will probably recognize him as Dende, but he could also pass off as a tiny well-mannered Piccolo. It doesn't take him long to notice the video feed has come on. Well, since it was on already, he might as well address the elephant in to room]

Um, pardon me if I'm interrupting anything, but has this happened to everyone? As one of the author's plots?

[He looks around the kitchen]

Well, if it has I would very much be willing to help people acquire food and such, as I can still fly and materialize. I hope you are all well.

[And he bows politely and cuts the feed]

Ooh, that's a bonus!! Icahbod's pretty wordy and that's so cool that it works out!

Ah, there is a fiber that is made naturally from trees that has been used originally for upholstery and rugs then eventually it was refined to make clothing. It was through this refinement through fibers that has given way to some rather interesting and yet organic fabrics. The refinement of cottons and wools have become important as well.

[Ichabod certainly enjoys talking about these things when the mood strikes him and with his small voice and his adult mind, he sounds like a complete genius, or an insane lunatic that thinks he knows something.]

Oh, I had nearly forgotten. It was mentioned in the book you had given me that, if I had read the text properly, that many of your elders contain the knowledge of many before them. Perhaps I can show you how to plant a tree so you can teach others when you return home, yes?

[Ichabod takes a small sip of his tea.]

What you have told me sounds most intriguing. To be a part of a new civilization despite a relocation effort has to be one of the most phenomenal events ever in the history of any species of sentience. I am astonished and quite honored to have gotten to know at least one person that has gone through such lengths of preservation and fortitude and yet your people still remain predominately humbled. How amazing!

[And now Ichabod is making notes of not only the knowledge he's gaining from simply talking to Dende but also ways to apply this knowledge for the whole of the Manor.]

Fascinating! The very thought of other planets having indigenous life other than Earth is astounding and humbling. I wish to thank you for being bold and to stand up to do what is right. After all, to rebuild an entire civilization, even if you had only a small part is still much to be proud of.

Yes, yes!

[Ichabod didn't really notice Dende's modesty just yet and it wasn't that he didn't care. He's just not that intuitive to people since his arrival considering his isolation for a while. He really enjoyed his work and Dende's company was equally as valued.]

Of course, if you consent to them. I would be more than happy to share my findings with you since you are being subject to the testing, yes?
