20 Star Ball || Dende || [video/in person]
[The feed starts with a little Namekian in the kitchen, sipping a glass of water. Those who remember him from his first arrival will probably recognize him as Dende, but he could also pass off as a tiny well-mannered Piccolo. It doesn't take him long to notice the video feed has come on. Well, since it was on already, he might as well address the elephant in to room]
Um, pardon me if I'm interrupting anything, but has this happened to everyone? As one of the author's plots?
[He looks around the kitchen]
Well, if it has I would very much be willing to help people acquire food and such, as I can still fly and materialize. I hope you are all well.
[And he bows politely and cuts the feed]

Ooh, that's a bonus!! Icahbod's pretty wordy and that's so cool that it works out!
[Ichabod certainly enjoys talking about these things when the mood strikes him and with his small voice and his adult mind, he sounds like a complete genius, or an insane lunatic that thinks he knows something.]

[He thinks about this for a moment.]
If it had been trees it had to have been many years ago, before the storm. As it is today we only have one type of tree, the Agissa, but we consider it sacred. We planted them on old Namek to try and help the planet recover from the storm. Though I suppose on New Namek we may be able to attempt to relearn such things.
[Dende probably isn't much better in that department... with his high pitched little girl voice]

[Ichabod takes a small sip of his tea.]

Yes that is true about our elders, but you don't need to fret about planting trees. In order to attempt to mend Old Namek's fragile ecosystem the younger Namekians would plant Agissa trees during the first sun while the elders and children remained in the village. Though on New Namek it became more about rebuilding the villages and getting used to the new climate.

[And now Ichabod is making notes of not only the knowledge he's gaining from simply talking to Dende but also ways to apply this knowledge for the whole of the Manor.]

Ah... well I was only there for the first few years, and due to my young age my participation was rather limited... But I do remember the first year or so our first concern was the rebuilding of the villages, then there was the task of maintaining them in the foreign climate. We had just begun to get acclimated when I was called to Earth.

Oh! Mr. Crane! I remember you saying there were things you wanted to test?

[Ichabod didn't really notice Dende's modesty just yet and it wasn't that he didn't care. He's just not that intuitive to people since his arrival considering his isolation for a while. He really enjoyed his work and Dende's company was equally as valued.]
Of course, if you consent to them. I would be more than happy to share my findings with you since you are being subject to the testing, yes?
