[At first Hayato didn't notice the change in scenery. Usually he was a light sleeper and pretty crisp in the morning, but after being ill the previous week he was uncharacteristically sluggish. He dragged his feet out of his room with only his pajama pants and a pair of slippers on, and a toothbrush sticking out of his mouth... and a couple stick of dynamite stuck in the waistband of his pants.

He drags his feet through the halls to the bathrooms, totally not registering any of the changes in his environment. He even pauses to glance vacantly out a window for moment before continuing on his way.

Right during the middle of brushing his teeth however it seems to FINALLY DAWN ON HIM, and he hastily spits out the toothpaste and GUNS IT BACK THROUGH THE HALLS TO THAT WINDOW!

So Badficians, have a half-naked teenager looking out the window LIKE HE JUST SAW GOD.]

Arrancar? Is that right?

[Damn what he wouldn't do for some paper an a pen right about now! Well he'll just have to commit everything to memory until he can get back to his room. When he speaks he is sure to keep it slow so that the arrancar can follow.]

[[Weiss nods his head slowly, just a couple nods before he's worked himself back into conversation mode and makes a little grunted sound to go with it.

Gokudera's questions are answered the moment that he asks them, a shake of his head to the first and a nod of his head to the second. Nope, not all are like him, but every other one he'd met could converse much better than him. It's not long before his eyes start to wander, his head following suit to look out the windows again as if it's all brand-new.]]

[Hayato follows Wonderweiss's gaze to the window. Did he recognize something? Maybe 'arrancar' where actually a species of aliens?]

[[Space? Spaces? Maybe the same thing? He's seen spaces- can create spaces. But not 'space'. He shakes his head and sets his hands on the glass to press forward. Nope. Secure, guess there's no going outside into space.]]

[[In his slow way he turns to study Gokudera looking out the window. He questions the same thing to the boy next to him in the only way he can think of- the only part of his name easiest to get out.]]

[Hayato gets up to look at the window as well. The lights of the stars and planets... and all that other shiny shit out there...seem to captivate him]
