Please stop crying?
[Lenalee is looking a little worse for wear, hair a tangled mess and dark circles under her eyes. She can be seen cradling a wailing child with the same black hair as her, but brown eyes.]
Come on, use your words... are you hungry? Do you- ow! [The child stops crying long enough to gleefully yank at a lock of her hair. Lenalee covers his tiny fist with her hand, slowly prying off his fingers with a weary sigh.] No hair pulling.
[The toddler is placed on the ground once Lenalee gets her hair free, and she fixes him with a stern look.]
That isn't the way to get what you want. Use your words.
[There is a moment of silence as the child's lower lip wibbles, and then he is screaming again. Lenalee wavers for a moment before bending to pick him back up, bouncing him on her hip.]
Brother would know what to do with you. [He's the one with childcare experience. Although... the thought of him happening upon her holding a child at all resembling herself is worrying.] It's a good thing Brother isn't here, though...

And neither did children for that matter. Not that he has been given one (thank god) but he's noticed their sudden appearance.
And so that is how he's come to be hiding in the greenhouse. Safe from the house he thinks will eat him and..well..apparently not so safe from crying babies]
U-um...you need some help? [He peeks out awkwardly from behind a large potted plant]
In Person
Help would be- [She cuts off, wincing as the tiny person in her arms manages to grab a handful of hair again.] -appreciated.
Re: In Person
[Taro doesn't know anything about kids. He's an only child, and other kids his age only bully him so...he really is a fish out of water here.]
In Person
Well, I don't know what it is that he wants. Perhaps you could try finding him a toy, or food? Something to distract him.
Re: In Person
Will these work? [He jingles them a little hopefully]
In Person
Maybe? Let's try.
[She takes the keys and jingles them in front of the baby. Surprisingly, it seems to distract him enough for the wails to quiet down, at least for the moment.]
Ah, I think he likes them! Thank you.
Re: In Person
...Is it your sibling?
In Person
[She continues to jingle the keys in front of him, and can't help smiling at how easily amused he is.]
He's a bit of a handful.
[in person]
Curious, he walks inside, only to hear a child crying. Instantly he bristles up. Mukuro walks up to the woman holding the child, she had to be hurting it or scaring it. That's why all the other children cried. His one-white scrubs, are covered with browned dried blood. He looks up to her, his right eye stitched in and swollen, and unnaturaly red with a deformed pupil with the kanji numeral 1 in it]
Give him to me.
[in person]
No.
[She speaks the simple refusal coolly, leaving no room for argument while running her eyes up and down the blood-soaked boy again.]
Why do you want him?
Re: [in person]
[He takes a corresponding step forward. Arms held out to Lenalee to take the child. He didn't like that screaming noise. He had heard it so many times before... but he never screamed. No. He never gave them the satisfaction.]
You can't take care of him. You are like the bad men. Give him to me. I am a good man. I can make him stop screaming.
[in person]
I'm not hurting him. He's a baby-- babies cry sometimes.
[She finds herself smoothing a hand over the tufts of black hair, as if trying to prove the point. Lenalee does not consider herself to be mother material at all, but handing the child off to a strange boy covered in bloodstains does not strike her as a better option.]
You don't look old enough for that. If you want to help, you can find him some food.
Re: [in person]
[He takes another step forward]
Food is in the "kitchen". I like the Kitchen.
[But something confuses him, he tilts his head and drops his hands to his sides again]
...Old enough? I don't know how old I am. If I show you I can make him stop screaming, will I be old enough?
[in person]
Who hurt you?
[She does not move back when he steps forward, but she makes no motion to hand over the child either.]
Maybe. Why don't we go to the kitchen, and see if that makes him happy?
Re: [in person]
[He doesn't step aside to allow Lenalee to pass. Instead his brows knit together in frustration]
You can't let him scream all the way there.
[Unbeknownst to him his powers are beginning to act up. Parts of the green house are starting to warp slightly, small tears appear to be ripping into reality, giving way to small black voids. Of course this is all an illusion, however Mukuro isn't quite in control of it. It is still potentially dangerous]
[in person]
Stop that.
[Spoken in the same stern voice she used on the baby before, and she moves to place a warning hand on Mukuro's shoulder.]
How do you intend to make him stop screaming?

You ended up with a kid to?
What is it you want?
Do you need help?
[... Did his just stop crying?]
How did you do that?
[Lenalee can't help but be somewhat awed by the feat, adjusting her hold on the still-yelling child in her arms.]
Help would be appreciated... maybe they can play together?
I don't know really, guess the little guy just wanted some attention.
Maybe that might help?
Ah, I did learn one thing from having to look after this kid.
Never give a kid food that isn't mashed up.
[With an exasperated sigh she lets the toddler grab hold of her hair, weathering the yanks with a wince. Teaching lessons about hair pulling can wait until she has something else to entertain him.]
I thought he might like it out here, but apparently not. Maybe it's a little too hot for him.
[She makes her way out of the greenhouse, heading back toward the Manor.]
Can I bring him to your room?
Ah, yes you can. We can only hope they will both be quiet for the meantime then.
You need to know my room number right? It's Room 88.
[She smiles at the coincidence, glad to know the route there well already.]
I'm in room 86.
Well, it's easy to find each other now then.
I don't know what that looks means. Can you talk?
This is really hard.

[Attempting to juggle the wailing child in one arm and operate the blackberry with the other.]
Did you wake up with a baby too?
