Snark 021: Snape [Accidental Video]

[Evil soul-sucking stone angels, is it?  Fine and dandy.  Let them come.

Most of the video's dark and unclear, but it looks like Snape's in the basement somewhere, perhaps in the med lab where some of his pilfered potions supplies are.  He's moving his wand and muttering to himself as a silvery light moves around him.]

I'll be safe here...for now, anyway.  There's got to be a way to destroy them.  Well, even if there isn't...

[He holds his wand up and whispers, Expecto patronum, and silvery light emerges from his wand like a soap bubble.]

I take it you have some ideas about them? [He doesn't know enough about magic to know what that spell was, but...]

[He fumbles for the Blackberry and frowns at it. Stupid thing, always turning on by accident. It's got to be his magic interfering with it somehow. That or the blasted thing has a mind of its own or is being controlled by the Author. At this point he's accept either.]

should protect me. I've sealed all the doors to the basement, so they won't be able to get in.

Nobody's come forward that recognizes them, so I can only assume that there's nobody here that's had experience with them from their world - honestly I hope we don't need to test what may or may not work on them...but at least it sounds like sealed doors will stop them.

[The way this month has been going, and without any clear way to fight them? People doing what they can to protect themselves is honestly the best-case scenario.]

No, and that's a pity. It would be good to find out what we can from them, but considering how dangerous they are, that's not very likely.
