Mary Winchester | 13 | [Action]
[Anyone passing by the kitchen will notice either a sickeningly sweet smell or something that will make their mouths water...it all really depends on how you feel about pie. That's right. Pie. Mary had meant to do this after horror month, but Oktoberfest and being weird little monsters put a stop to that. You couldn't exactly cook when you were a foot tall. Everyone deserved something nice though, especially after the hell that they had all been through.
Walking into the kitchen, the source of the scent is apparent soon enough. There are already a few pies set on the counter of various flavors. It looked like she'd been cooking for a few hours and she likely had. It was all worth it though.
Hearing a soft ding, she grabbed a set of mitts and pulled a fresh apple pie from the hot oven.]
...I can't believe how much I missed this...
[Cooking breakfast was one thing...but there was just something about baking that relaxed her.]

She sits down and offers one of the mugs to Mary*

Unable to help the grin at the question, she just reaches for her mug and holds it between her hands.] Their mother; But thank you~. [Like any mother accused of being her kids sister, she was ridiculously pleased. Forget the fact that there was a time skip and she was technically supposed to be dead...it was still nice to hear.]
If I have my way, there will be more Winchesters. [Those boys needed to settle down.]

I'm not so sure about that one. They're a bit too...wild if you get my meaning.
no subject
Be that as it may...I wouldn't hate to have grandbabies to spoil.
[She was still young enough to keep up with them; and being Winchesters, they'd need as many people able to keep up with them as possible.]

*and she tries to imagine Dean when he's bitty. That look could be mistaken as wistful, though she's trying not to laugh at the image. Dean must've been a hellion*

Excitable and full of energy...but sweet.

Dean doesn't talk about his childhood much.
no subject
That doesn't surprise me.
...He's a lot different from what I remember, but I can tell he's a very private person; especially where his life is concerned.

After all, if you didn't have any attachments they couldn't take anything away from you, could they?*
It's a tough life.
*drinking tea in an attempt to keep from saying more*

[Tough...that wasn't even the word for it. There was more than one reason she never wanted that for her boys, they shouldn't have had to deal with any of the hardships involved.]
I'm sorry...I don't think I ever caught your name.

[Dean had never mentioned her, but...as soon as she saw him again, she'd be fixing that. How dare he have someone as lovely as her and not tell his own mother.]
I suppose I should say 'Welcome to the manor', but few people actually want to be here.

*yes, NOW she's doing it on purpose*

[See this smile? Yeah. You did that Bela. She thought her boy was going to have to live his life alone...but he had a lovely woman like this the whole time.]
Are you two just dating or...is it more serious? [She really wants to hear that there are wedding bells in the future.]

*she is so going to get it for this conversation later, she just knows it*

[He just...might not know it yet. The way he reacted to losing those kids though...she knew he wanted to have a family.]

If John had his way, I think the car would have been sleeping in the bed instead of me.
