[There's blood all over the room and a body with their face smashed into the wall where someone has bashed it in several-several times. It's also a mess as the victim clearly tried to struggle.

Not far from the body there's another laying on the floor on his side. Keiichi's fingernails have traces of skin in them and are covered in his own blood. His neck is just pouring out blood where he's clearly been clawing- oddly enough though, he's still alive-you can see him breathing harshly.]

[L lets Mina push past him through the door, pausing at the doorway himself. He looks back at Mello, unsure of what he feels for him. He's fairly certain Wammy's House wasn't teaching the letters to be trained assassins, but... well. He hadn't known they were teaching B to be B, either.]

Make a public announcement. Covering this up will only hurt us in the long run. We want to stress accountability.

[He hesitates. Should he thank Mello? For possibly saving his life?]

There are always consequences. Even here. Even for us.
