Mary Winchester | 14 | [Action]
[Sitting in the Parlor, Mary was mildly surprised by the decorations she saw. She'd completely forgotten about her birthday; the author apparently hadn't though. The decorations were in shades of pink and light purple, streamers and balloons littering the room. the best thing though was the white and pink cake in the middle of the room 'Happy Birthday' written in elegant letters in the middle of the cake.
She may not know the author, but she was touched that the day hadn't passed with no recognition. If she was to understand things, she wasn't even supposed to even have a twenty ninth birthday. She may not be at home, but Mary was counting her blessings that she was able to see it at all. Taking a seat by the cake, she looked around the room, simply in awe at all that was done for her. Some people may say that it wasn't much, but she hadn't even been expecting someone to know what day it was.]
This is far nicer than anything I expected today...Thank you.
[She wasn't sure if the author would even hear her, but there was no reason to be rude and not thank her for this lovely gift.]

...what better day for them to meet? XDDD;
But he doesn't show any form of surprise on his face or body. He merely puts down the wine and glass so he has free hands, and addresses her.]
My apologies, I wasn't expecting a celebration in here. Would you like me to leave, or should I perhaps go get another glass?
Indeed :D Everyone nees a Hannibal in their life~
Please, you don't need to leave; I would rather enjoy the company.
Damn straight they do. (Dean's not happy he can't do anything to de-rail this due to muncest XD)
Baw~ Poor bb~
If you're going to be joining me, then I would think introductions are in order.
[Sitting up straighter, Mary held out her hand to the stranger.] Mary~.
XDDD "No. Mom, don't make friends with the cannibal, gdi."
[He takes a seat next to her.] Many happy returns, Mary.
"But he's so polite...he can't be a cannibal" :D
And to you as well, Hannibal.
[Scooting over a little, she set her hands in her lap as she shifted to see him better.] Would you mind if I asked why you are up so early?

For the first time in a long, long, long time, his mom's birthday hadn't left him with a dark feeling of sorrow. Hell, he was... kind of excited about it. It's not long before he tracks her down, and is pulling her out of her seat into a hug, a grin on his face.]
Happy Birthday.
[He didn't do the party, but he kinda wishes he did.]

Holding him tightly, she just enjoys the moment before pulling back slightly.]
Thank you.
You remembered?
[She hadn't expected either of the boys to remember without prompting. Not that she wasn't touched...she was just surprised.]
no subject
Not until this morning.
no subject
That's fine~. [Reaching up, she patted his cheek gently.] I was actually going to save you some cake for later.
no subject
okay, thanks. Have you had breakfast yet?

Oh! What's going on here?
Hello there. Are you having a party?
no subject
I suppose I am.
I didn't do any of this, so I assume the author did.
[Particularly as no one had been in the room when she first saw everything. Had someone else set everything up, she was sure that they would have been in the room.]

So, it must be a special day for you.
no subject
[And she was determined to enjoy this day.] If you don't have anywhere to be...I'd like it if you stayed.
no subject
I don't have much to do today, so I'll stay with you.

Seeing Mary, she entered the room curiously*
Someone having a party?

[Laughing softly, she couldn't help how ridiculous it sounded. There wasn't even her name anywhere, yet somehow, she knew that this was meant for her. Standing, she motioned for Bela to join her. She may not have known the other woman for long, but she liked her so far.]
Would you like to join me?
no subject
*she gets an odd thought* But...maybe I can make you something.
no subject
[Returning the hug, she smiles into the girls shoulder.]
Gifts aren't necessary~. Really.
I'm just glad that I have people like you to spend the day with.

When he saw the decoration and Mary, he decided that it was too late to just leave. Instead he politely bowed his head in his Japanese mannerism]
I assume you're the one the Author has set this up for?
[He also just assumed it had been the Author, he'd seen a few of those birthday party set-ups in his year here]
no subject
Standing to welcome him in, she mimicked his bow, wanting to return his greeting in the manner that he would be most familiar with.]
Would you care to join me?
no subject
[Mikami smiles faintly, which is about the most of a smile to ever enter his lips after all. The invitation was quite unexpected and while he usually would have declined, this was the Manor and it wouldn't be bad to know more about the residents he was not yer familiar with.
Not too mention she was an adult for once. So he nodded]
If you don't mind the company of a stranger, I'd gladly do so. I'm Teru Mikami, it's nice to meet you.
no subject
[She was thinking along the same lines. With as many people came into the manor, you'd be lucky to meet them all...but it was a shame to not meet as many as possible. Especially when plots like the ones in October came...you need as many allies as possible.]
Mary Winchester, the pleasure's all mine.
[Motioning to a nearby chair, she seated herself once more.] May I ask how long you've been here? I can't say that I've ever seen you before.
no subject
Actually I've been at this place since December 27th of last year.
[But he's not overly hard to overlook. It wasn't like Mikami was a flashy person. He just lived his life in the same boring way, every week, on and on, so that he'd probably be degraded to a background phenomenon rather than a person. Which was as long as there wasn't something to be organized or someone to be saved]
